after a year with sure care ,looking after my wife who has Alzheimer's, just want to express my gratitude for the carers ,who are very good at their job, have a good rapport,with my wife,and above all they show they care, I thank sure care ,for providing continuity, with her two main carers , but
all of them are friendly ,and punctual, and they always find time for a quick chat before they go ,thanks for everything C T

Have been having carers coming and they have just been great they were friendly and very helpful. I recommend them to my friends.

My experience with SureCare has been very positive, we have used them since September 2022 and never had a problem. Carers are excellent and knowledgeable in all areas. They have an excellent management team who are friendly and very helpful.

Very pleased with our overall experience. The carers are really pleasant and helpful. They treat my husband with respect and dignity.
Also, the office staff are always helpful with any issues we may have.
Overall very pleased with the service provided.

All the team is amazing.
My mum actually looks forward to their calls.
Each and every member of staff has a brilliant relationship with my mum. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
They treat my mum with respect and the utmost dignity.
They keep the family informed at all times, which
is really helpful.

Having previously had an experience with two other care companies, by comparison, I am treated with dignity at times, and the support and overall experience are always excellent. SureCare staff are all of a high standard.

Most of your carers and managers go above and beyond the service required. Conversation between me and carers is stimulating and most encouraging. Anything requested by me is willingly done within the time allowed and regulations.

My husband has been under the care of SureCare for a number of years. We have found them to be very helpful and caring, and they look after my husband very well. He looks forward to them coming, and he always has a song or a joke with them. Would recommend them to look after you.

I am delighted with the care I receive, my carers are always there, I am never let down, I have been looked after by SureCare since 24th July 2017 and I could not fault my carers in any way. I look forward to the ladies coming. As I live alone, seeing my carers makes my day. Even if I need to I can
ring my carers and they are always there. I could not fault SureCare in any way and I would recommend SureCare to anybody who needs help and support. Thank you very much.

I had used SureCare (Cheshire East) 2014-2016 when my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I had no hesitation in using them again for an elderly aunt who has also been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Their understanding of clients in their care is second to none.

Cannot find any fault with any part of this company. Excellent service, on time and very good with my son.

The carers have been reliable and generally very competent. The times have varied a little but have not been a problem. My father seems happy with them now that he has had time to get used to them.

I find the staff very friendly and caring towards my husband in all they have to do for him. They look out for and point out to me anything they are concerned about.
The office staff are also very helpful if ever I have to telephone them.

My wife has dementia and is unable to stand without assistance, walk or speak. She has an hour each morning care and twice a week she is bathed using two carers. She is healthy and happy and the care given by SureCare (Cheshire East) is superb.

I have found the service to be very reliable, caring, empathetic and supportive of my mother and myself. Despite some inclement weather there has yet to be an occasion when my mother has been left without appropriate care. The only difficulty we have found not a criticism it that it has not been
possible to establish a regular rota of carers. However, all the ladies who have attended have been first class. In summary, this company has lived up to its name!
