The ladies that come to shower my husband are amazing very caring very professional and very helpful couldn't have any better care.

I was really impressed by and grateful for the level of care, attention to detail, responsibility and safeguarding, and the supportive and kind way the carers got to know and support my dad, and also supported me. The Deputy Care Manager was the perfect balance of compassionate and professional and
I felt really safe and supported with her orchestrating the care. Two members of staff were both wonderful with my dad, and made a difficult transitional time much easier for him, and even fun! I am very grateful to the whole team.

Our carers are brilliant, they support myself and my dear husband with out tasks that I can no longer do. This does help me as I rather anxious at times!! They are a great help to people in the local areas and are willing to do anything. They are always ready to listen to the most trivial things on
my part which is a great help. I can talk about the most embarrassing things without worry. A great help with appts and outings and would not be without them all.

The care provided is of a (usually) consistently high standard. Any minor complaints are dealt with immediately. The care provided is wide-ranging including emotional/social care as well as physical. Carers are good time keeps, and phone if they're delayed.
Carers are very flexible fitting in
around various lifestyles and family structure. Right at home is much appreciated.

I am so grateful for the support and advice offered by the team and the local manager. Following my Dad's diagnosis of Dementia and other medical issues, he was extremely reluctant to accept any help from carers. The team have taken baby steps building his trust and now I worry less knowing someone
is checking on him, making sure he keeps his appointments etc. There is still a long way to go and it's a steep learning curve for me but the help received from Right at Home is proving invaluable.Thank you Branch Manager and Team.

Team and manager always try hard to meet the needs of my mother. This was particularly challenging when my father was in hospital. Circumstances are constantly changing and staff try very hard to adapt care accordingly.

Nice people, friendly, helpful and do whatever it takes - nothing seems to be too much trouble! All the carers are very different and interesting people. Right at Home got my dad out of a hole as over time he had become a lot more ill than he thought he was. They've helped him back to good health.
They’re good because they’re good from the top - the local manager is straightforward and understanding and has built an excellent team around himself. I can’t thank them enough. I mean that genuinely.

Following a short spell in hospital, my mum decided she’d like to have some live-in care. I live overseas so we thought it was going to be a challenge to find the right person who could provide company and the care she wanted without taking away her feeling of independence. Up stepped the manager
and the team, and after a short meeting at my mum’s, the manager proposed a solution with 2 of his team who he believed would be a great fit. 3 months in and we couldn’t be happier, Mum still has the freedom of living at home and she is supported by 2 wonderful people. They chat, play games at home and share the chores around the house (mum’s choice). Would highly recommend Right at Home and the team, if you’re not sure what you need, give them a call and as experts in their field they are sure to have an answer.

Four very nice people provided excellent care whilst my daughter was on holiday. Helped me with walking in the park and inside we did crosswords. I recommend them.

I received care at home for two weeks following major surgery. The care staff were always prompt and on time, and got on and did what was needed without any fuss. I would recommend this company to others.

Good quality care is given, carers are very punctual, observant and report any issues. Best of the care companies we have used (4 others). Good supervision with regular checks on the care being given and our satisfaction.

My elderly mother (aged 91), receives 2 hourly visits daily Monday-Friday. These help her immensely to prepare for the day ahead and later on in the evening before retiring. The staff attending are very supportive, conscientious and friendly and carry out a range of tasks that my mother can no
longer do. They are reliable and helpful and their company is much appreciated. A dedicated and caring service. Many thanks!

Right at Home have been undertaking care visits for my mother for a number of years, and more recently providing live-in care. I am extremely happy with the standard of care provided, in terms of its quality and the compassion with which it is delivered. The company has been prepared to adapt as my
mother’s needs have changed, and the office staff are always responsive and helpful in dealing with situations as they arise. I would happily recommend them to others.

I am extremely happy with the care my mother is receiving from Right at Home. Both carers who visit mum provide excellent care for mum and are great company for her too! The agency is always helpful and flexible when plans need to be changed or made last minute and they have always gone above and
beyond to accommodate our wishes. I am 100% happy with the care mum is receiving and I genuinely feel the carers have mum’s best interests at heart. Thank you to you all for all that you do.

All of the staff that have visited and cared for the client have treated her with the utmost care and respect and have allowed the client to keep her dignity in the most trying of times. They do a very hard job but still treat the client as a friend which has been important to the client.
