All the carers are friendly and helpful. They all work the best possible jobs. Could the office ring here whenever they are changing their times for visits.

Carers are very helpful and friendly. Nice to talk to them especially if I have no visitors during the day. Hoping to cut back on my care visits in 2026 the more mobile and able taht I get. As I hav no transport at present, it is nice to have chats with the carers and catch up on life. I have
friends that take me out to lunch and for coffee, which is very important to me. I do love to socialise.

Caremark has provided excellent service for my wife since her stroke eighteen months ago. All the carers from a large pool have kept the service on time and performed their tasks with efficiency, dignity, cheerfulness and good humour. We have rarely needed to call the office, but both daytime and
out-of-hours queries have been dealt with promptly. As an organization, I cannot commend Caremark more highly.

The carers are very professional, very tidy go above and beyond.
Have lovely conversations with my dad, treat him with dignity, always on time which was very important to my dad as he like's routine.
My dad feels very safe with them and trusts them, which makes him feel very comfortable.
The
ladies in the office have also been very easy and professional to deal with.
It's early days, but it has already changed my dad's life, and we can see a change in him for the better.
He is able to stay in his own home, which is his wish.

The service provided to my mother was of a very high standard. The team were very friendly yet professional and treated my mother with the utmost respect and dignity. The team were always approachable and any questions we had were answered in a very supportive manner.

The lovely team at Caremark have been looking after mum since she was discharged from a rather long hospital stay in the summer. She had not left hospital in a particularly good way but from the first contact with Caremark things started looking up. One staff member in particular visited mum to make
sure the right service was being offered and the carers that have come in have been a delight. Mum has built her confidence and health back with their care and all the team are very responsive - and we as a family are eternally grateful to them.

Caremark has been caring for my mother since October 2022, the regular carers are so caring and professional with Mum, Mum has Alzheimer's/Vascular dementia. The carers attend to Mum in the morning, they know how to deal with Mum and they are caring in their approach to her, understanding how she is
and as her illness has progressed. Empathetic, caring, trustworthy, and efficient in their caring duties. This also applies to the other carers that attend, caring and professional. I am so grateful for the care we receive from Caremark, they attend in the morning which helps me care for Mum, whilst I still have my daughter at school and working part-time! If I have any questions or issues regarding Mum, we are always dealt with promptly, efficiently, and resolved in a good time frame. They arrive on time and remain with Mum the whole time designated to Mum. Caremark is respectful, and kind and treats Mum with dignity, they have become an extension of our family. Thank you!

Caremark have been very helpful and proactive in ensuring my son has that care that most benefits his needs. The care staff are exceptional and the manager goes above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with how everything has gone over the last year.

Caremark have been helping support my mother's personal care for about 6 months, since her discharge from hospital.
My mother and I are both very pleased with their services and care.
The carers are all very friendly, polite women who make my mother very relaxed and comfortable every morning.
She looks forward to seeing them and she feels very safe around them.
It's wonderful having her chat and laugh with them during their care sessions.

Very kind and caring team. Made my mum feel safe and well. Punctual and understanding of her needs.
Was a seamless transition moving from council support to private. However, it took time to reconcile invoices and deposit balances. I had to do all the chasing to ensure the money owed to us was
refunded.

I was never at home when the carers attended as I was working but I can say that I found the staff were available all the time when needed and were very friendly. They were quick to resolve any unavailable issues as my mum was in and out of hospital. Sometimes I requested a nurse on short notice and
they still managed to find one. I only had one payment issue which was resolved quickly and without fuss. I couldn't give 5 stars because I had a couple of admin hiccups which were resolved promptly and courteously and I did not meet the carers.

I would like to commend your staff for the friendly, punctual, sensitive, and caring manner in which they looked after my mother-in-law. They communicated well with their patient and her family. My father-in-law found their visits invaluable, giving him support and reassurance. I felt they genuinely
wanted to do the best thing for her. Thank you.

My 95-year-old father has been looked after by Caremark for a number of years now. And when l say looked after l mean Well looked after. All the carers l have met, seen working, and spoken to have all been polite efficient, and professional. I am very impressed with the hard work they do. They look
after him and without them, we would not be able to cope, this company is a credit to the care industry, every one of their staff from the carers up to the management has been absolutely great.
