I could not ask for better care. Carers always willing to respect and carry out my requests with a smile. Every need is met.

My mum is 91, frail yet independent and started to experience memory behaviours in Sept 2025 that caused me concern. I live 80 miles away and manage a serious unpredictable disease myself.
It became apparent mum needed care input and she expressed strongly she wanted to stay at home. I read the
report for Unique Care from the cqc and it matched my ethos for my mum which was to keep her independent and free thinking whilst taking care of her basic needs, preparing food, eating and drinking, companionship and safety.
Hannah undertook a thorough holistic assessment of my mum in such a way that mum felt calm and was given time to ask questions because of Hannah's approach. Hannah has remained a consistent, compassionate, knowledgable team leader throughout. I trust her implicitly. The carer rota provides v high levels of continuity and mum loves her carers who promote her independence, are so professional and are experts in caring for the older frail person without judgement.

I cannot fault this care company. The kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness shown during our time with them has been outstanding. We had previously used them for another family member but my parents have been supported up to the point my father has had to go in a care home. They supported my
mother at the same time despite the care being for dad. Unique can show the others a thing or two to be honest at how care should be done. If only everybody lived up to your standards.

We have just started using Unique Senior Care to support both my parents. I'm genuinely impressed with the care provided by the team. The team are very professional and compassionate, and it is such a relief to know that my parents are being looked after by such competent and kind carers.

Mum began to struggle with looking after herself at home so we engaged with Unique to supply carers for her. The quality of staff and the care they gave to Mum was fabulous. It meant Mum could send an extra 12 months in her own house prior to moving to a care home.

Unique provide an hour of care four days a week for my elderly mother. The carers provide practical support within the home and are willing to pop to the shops if needed. The carers are a breath of fresh air for my mother and brighten her day considerably! The staff in the Kenilworth office are
friendly and supportive and have been so willing to provide extra help and advice as my mother's needs have changed.

We started using Unique Senior Care in March 2023, initially to ease the burden on my 89 mother looking after her 94 year old husband at home in Kenilworth. We have gradually stepped up the care-visits as my father's health deteriorated, and were up to 4 hourly visits a day when he eventually passed
earlier this week.
I cannot thank Unique Senior Care enough for their service to us over the past 20 months. Without their help and support my parents would not have been able to continue living at home, with a remarkable quality of life for their age. We always found them flexible, responsive, reliable, compassionate and professional. They were always there to support us during the difficult times we faced. We found them to be huge support to us, and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

The team at Unique Senior Care stepped in extremely quickly when it became apparent the free care for my father on discharge (following a stroke and 3+ months in hospital) was not suitable or sufficient for my parent's needs. The carers and supervisors have been excellent. In my dad's case he
requires liquid feed via a pump, and the team were quickly trained and conversant in this set-up, which was a huge relief and help for me, as I was the only family member who could use the equipment on his discharge.
They also help my mum with other chores around the house such as bed changing, which is incredibly helpful. They always show kindness and compassion to my parents.

Unique have been caring for Mum and Dad for about 6 months. They have been great providing regular visits and always with a smile. They ensure medication is taken, cook meals, help with personal care, clean and provide a chance to chat as well. When Dad was admitted to hospital and we made the
decision that it was time for Mum to move to a care home, Unique were brilliant giving us extra hours of cover to allow us time to visit care homes or just have a break for an hour or two. They are now supporting Dad at home since his discharge from hospital. The client diary they provide is a useful insight into how Mum and Dad are through a professional's eyes.

As soon as we needed extra hours for carers to come in, this was organised within a couple of days. Then when we needed the timing to change, this was arranged for the very next week. All the carers that go in to help are friendly and cheerful and willing to do any tasks that are asked of them. We
can rest assured that our parents are getting the best possible help available. We are extremely grateful to all the staff.

The staff in the Kenilworth office are very friendly and helpful. The carer sent to my mother has been very efficient and kind to my mother, also does a very good job at doing what we ask her to do.

My mother has received service from Unique Senior Care for the past two weeks. We needed extra support in place for her at home due to her poor mobility and the fact that her short-term memory is now almost non-existent. She was struggling to manage everyday tasks and was getting more anxious. In
the short time that Unique Care has been coming into her, we have already noticed an improvement in her health and wellbeing. I live some way away from Mum and have also found it stressful trying to manage her care from afar. It is such a relief and reassuring for me to know that the caregivers arrive on time at the same time every day and provide a personalised service to my mum.
The service is provided with minimal fuss and has meant that when I visit my mum I can spend quality time with her rather than rushing around making sure that everything is in place.
Thank you to all involved in her care, so far so good!

I cannot praise the staff of Unique Senior Care highly enough. Staff each go above and beyond to look after my elderly mum and do whatever they can to keep her safe, happy and comfortable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in saying having them help us has had a hugely positive effect for us as

My mother has been receiving care from Unique for several years now. The carers have always been very reliable, arriving on time and delivering a high standard of care. My mum really appreciates that she has two or three regular carers over the week so she is able to build a good relationship with
them. There is good liaison between the office/Mum/me which helps to reassure me that all is well with her.

I have been disabled for 33 years as a result of serving overseas. Recently I have needed help at home, mostly mornings. Unique are very good at keeping me informed by email or telephone. The ladies who come are caring and polite. I would recommend Unique to other disabled people.

We started using Unique Senior Care for my father when he came out of hospital, they would come and care for him daily, they were absolutely brilliant. Having the same team of 3/4 meant that he was able to build a relationship with his carers and his trust which was really important to us. The team
treated him with respect and dignity at all times and were very good at encouraging him to do some of the things Mum could not, he would always have a giggle with them.
Latterly, they provided superb care for my mother, which was an absolute lifeline to her. She thought of them more as friends. They certainly made the last few months of her life more comfortable and safe. The communication with the manager was excellent too.
We will always be grateful for the quality of care afforded to my parents and would definitely recommend to others.
