I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support provided to my Mum. Living with dementia can be incredibly challenging, not only for the individual but also for the family, and the difference your team makes does not go unnoticed.
The staff consistently treat my Mum with
genuine care, patience, and kindness. They approach her with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and ensuring she feels safe and comfortable. It is very reassuring to know she is being looked after by people who truly care about her wellbeing.
In addition to supporting my Mum, the team also provides valuable help to my Dad. Simple but important tasks such as changing bedcovers, tidying up, and offering general support make a significant difference to his day-to-day life. This extra level of care helps ease the pressure on him and allows him to focus more on spending quality time with my Mum.

They saved me. Struggling to cope, these angels came twice a day and were amazing.
Loved my dad, gave wonderful and so badly needed advise. Helped me keep my dad at home for another year. So caring, patient, loving and each one brought another precious dynamic in a great team. Thank you.

The team seemed. Very caring & the jobs & help they gave my uncle was excellent
The team undertook all sorts of help within the house which has helped me too.
My uncle was very comfortable regarding all the teams visits & they appeared to bend over backwards to help my uncle

It had taken nearly a year of very careful conversations with my Mum for her to accept that she did need help to care for my Dad who has Dementia. From the moment my Mum met Rajive from Home Instead all her worries were put behind her. Home Instead provides a very professional service, all the staff
are very kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate recommending as we have all be so impressed with the care my Dad receives and the office staff have all been very helpful with any questions. We started with 1 ½ hours a week and very quickly added a second 2 hour visit.

Rajive, Debbie, Becky, Erika, Michaela, Kinga and the whole team are exceptional. Their attention to detail and care is second to none. This is the first time I've ever had to arrange in home care for my Dad and right from the very first phone call the team have been amazing. Very reassuring and
patient guiding me all the way. Their communication is fantastic too and they're willingness to alter their schedule according to our needs is unbelievably helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I phoned Home Instead and spoke with Raji and he answered all my questions in detail.
I needed care for my Mother in law which needed to start ASAP as she has Dementia
I couldn't believe how quickly it was put in place
We started off with 1 & half hours in the mornings but then had to add an
hour for the evenings again I spoke to Raji and all this was put in place very quickly
All the carers came out to meet my Mother in law first before any care took place which was a nice touch.
I cannot rate Home Instead highly enough
The staff are lovely very friendly from the office to the carers
Nothing is to much trouble for any of them
We have the same carers on a rota which I think is very important as my Mother in law is getting use to.
If anybody is in any doubt about getting care in then don't be
Home Instead is excellent
I cannot Thank them enough for what they have done and are doing for my Mother in law
It has put my mind at rest a bit more knowing she is being looked after.

My father was initially nervous about having 'strangers' coming into his home however, the carers provided have quickly built up a relationship with my Dad and proved invaluable in helping him remain at home. It helps that he sees the same carers each day who know his routine.
Following an initial
assessment a care plan was drawn up with the help of the care manager and now my father knows there is someone coming in to assist him with those daily activities of living he finds challenging.
Initially we had requested only a once a day visit however, due to a change in his condition we asked that this be increased. Within a day the team were able to accommodate this additional request.
I find it reassuring that through the app I am able to check how each visit has gone and have been grateful to be informed of any change in my father's condition when I am not there. The team have treated my Dad as an individual, with dignity. It's such a relief he is happy to receive their help.

I previously used Home Instead Fareham back in 2019/20 for my elderly parents and they were outstanding, so when I needed to arrange care for my husbands 100-year-old grandmother I made only one call to the Branch near her in Crawley. From that very call from the Manager who was just amazing with
nan, she was assessed by him in the hospital and her home was also assessed for needs, and care was arranged in 24 hours so we could get her home and away from the overcrowded hospital. She now has a great team of angles who visit three time a day giving the care, support and comfort our precious nan requires. Home Instead also use a great app that all close family can have access to which provides us with times and names of carer visits plus all tasks that have taken place, and as we live an hour away, gives the best piece of mind as you know when a carer has arrive. The Manager and the office team are always on hand to answer any of our questions. If you are considering home care in Crawley this is who you should call.

Home Instead were given to me by my daughter in law and I am thrilled with the recommendation. I have 2 companions. On a Wednesday and a Saturday. They are my continued support and they are both absolutely marvellous. They turn up promptly and leave only when I am ready I really look forward to
their visits.

From February to 3rd October, the day my wife was admitted to a care home, we, her family have been tended by a caring, responsive and compassionate Home Instead team.
Personally, I have learnt so much of what has been revealed of "another way of life". Specialists' experience of certain aspects of
my wife's condition has been invaluable. As a family, we could not have got through eight months without your support. Thank you.

Home instead looked after my husband from the beginning of November 2023 until he passed away on December 10th 2023.
The staff were very efficient and helpful and treated him with kindness always explaining what needed to be done and fitting in with what he wanted. If he did not feel like any help
at any time they accepted this and came back later or the next day.
My family and I are very grateful to Home Instead for their help and kindness at a difficult time.

Home Instead have completely relieved me of most the care for my aunt. I feel that a huge weight has been lifted from my daily life. They are extremely responsive to both her needs and my requests. The manager demonstrates great attention to dignity and respect which is echoed among his staff.

Mum and the whole family wanted you all to know just how much we all appreciated the love and care that you showed to Mum and Dad, and then Mum on her own over the past couple of years. It has been the hardest thing for Mum to do to leave you all, never mind the family, you are the people that she
will miss. It became clear to all of us that Mum just could not manage in the house on her own anymore and it was with reluctance that she agreed to leave you and move to permanent residential care. You will be a hard act to follow and you can be assured that Mum will not accept standards any lower than those that she got from you. The care assistants could be in for a hard time if they do not behave. Be reassured that the ones that I have met are very nice. I will keep you updated on how Mum is doing.

My mother, now in her mid-nineties, has been supported by Home Instead Senior Care (Crawley) for around five years, during this time care and support has grown in line with my mother's increasing needs. At each instance the care and support provided has been of the highest professional standard
provided by courteous, friendly and compassionate staff well led by the Director. My mother has been a very satisfied client who has received domestic and personal support at home, as well as companionship support for shopping trips and a range of appointments. Home Instead's staff have always been punctual and most reliable.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Director and his team at Home Instead Senior Care (Crawley) to others.

the mI live 12,000 miles away from my 90-year-old Father, who's recently been diagnosed with the early stages of dementia.
To say I feel helpless living so far away is an understatement, so how reassuring to learn that the manager and his team from HomeInstead are offering excellent support. My
sister engaged HomeInstead in December 2019.
Initially, they were there to help administer my dad's morning medication and provide him with support and company on a daily basis. In January 2020 he took a fall and it was one of the caregivers who discovered him when he failed to answer the door. Fortunately, he didn't sustain major injuries. He's currently in hospital but we'll be upping his care with HomeInstead when he's home.
During his hospital stay the manager and other regular caregivers visited Dad. I have no hesitation in providing a recommendation as I have been more than impressed with the very personal service offered. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Home Instead was recommended to me by a friend. My mother has only just been diagnosed with Dementia so this was all new to me. Home Instead hasn’t just given my mum amazing care they have also given me the support that I needed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommended.
