I am very pleased with the care that my husband receives. He enjoys their company, the activities and the places they take him.
The carers are aware of his needs. He can get agitated at times, but they are able to manage these episodes, which reassures me.

Home Instead provides a service to my mother - 5 days/week. All 'visitors' are most friendly, conscientious and have made a positive difference to the quality of my mum's life.
Really pleased with the service we have received from all involved in the company.

Was unsure at first,e but now realise that the benefits of the service outweigh the perceived loss of independence.
All personnel so far have been very helpful and accommodating.
High standards of caring and very personable staff.

Had this care team as we used them in the past. Everyone is very caring, supportive to my mother-in-law. Nothing is too much for them. Any problems, you pick up the phone and it's all sorted. I would use these again if I need to.

Staff have been excellent most of the time. Any issues have been resolved over the year. Communicating with office staff has not always been consistent, and concerns have not always been passed on.
Currently, the situation is excellent with the client extremely happy with her carers.

After my initial meeting with Home Instead (Wrexham and Flintshire East), I knew that this service was exactly what I needed, my life was sure to change very much for the better, happy days. As I listened, I could hear so much compassion, understanding, attentiveness, courtesy and punctuality. My
heart skipped a beat, I was so happy. I receive the care now, and I find that Home Instead are very professional. It feels like I have found something that I've been wanting and needing for so long. Because of Home Instead, I've found my smile, my confidence has returned and I have a very positive outlook. Home Instead girls are excellent car drivers. The girl's personalities are amazing. Never-ending fun and laughter. The girls at Home Instead look after me, I never need to worry, because to them my safety and my well-being are paramount, I'm over the moon with sheer happiness. I've never been so happy.

I cannot, neither can any of the family, fault the care and support Home Instead provide for my dad. The girls/team that support my dad are absolutely amazing. They all go above and beyond with the care they provide for him. Whilst remaining professional at all times, they have such a way with him
that they feel like an extended family to us all now. They bring so much happiness to the home and he has a wonderful relationship with them all. As a family, we cannot thank the girls for everything they do for him. They encourage his independence and we know he is so well cared for, and very importantly he is happy. Thank you so much.

After the initial meeting, my mind was put at ease over what I could expect.
My carer is very supportive and I feel she has my best interests at heart.
I can just sit and chat or we can run errands, go for walks.
It has helped me gain confidence back after my life-changing accident.
My wife
has been able to return to work safe in the knowledge I have the support and care in place - priceless.

Home Instead has provided mum with exceptional care since last April. After the passing of my dad with mum's mixed dementia symptoms progressing it became evident that she required support to stay in the home she loved. After the initial I do not need any support conversations, mum very quickly
accepted and looked forward to her lovely carers coming in every day. As mum's needs progressed we were able to increase her daily support and friendship. She loved seeing her ladies every day. Home Instead gave us as a family great support and reassurance, listening to our concerns and coming up with solutions. Their professionalism is outstanding.

The managers are always available to listen to any problems.

So glad we decided to "team-up" with Home Instead. All the carers use empathy, kindness and always go that extra mile to make Mum and Dad comfortable in their own home. They all get on really well and have lots of laughter with each other. Also, for the first time, we can communicate really well
with the wonderful office staff. With other care companies, we have had, we have not been able to do that. All in all, Mum, Dad and myself are so very happy with the service we receive.

I contacted Home Instead in January 2020, as my elderly mother was needing more care than my sister and myself could give. Within 2 weeks, everything was up and running. Everyone I speak to, in the office or the caregivers themselves are amazing. They are so helpful, and if I phone with any queries,
eg mum's medication, it is sorted immediately. The caregivers go in twice a day and because of "Covid 19" they have been an absolute godsend. I really don't know how we would have managed without them. Also, it has been good for mum, as she hasn't been able to see her friends and extended family these last few months, but these lovely ladies call every day, and they have become friends. Thank you so much everyone.
