I worked as a PA for one of your service users for the last 12 months .
Whenever we needed extra help or a last minute call , the co ordinator Simon and the girls couldn't do enough to accommodate this .
The girls who I came into contact with were experienced, compassionate and understood my
clients needs and the care was person centred around her , she became very fond of them all.
During the last few weeks of her life she needed 24 hour care , and Holywells stepped in again to do overnights and film in the gaps .
The co ordinator made this difficult time so much easier for us by accommodating all our needs effortlessly it really was refreshing to see how this company worked to give great care , sometimes at short notice .
I can't thank you enough for working with us all to deliver great care to a wonderful client

On behalf of the family I have only praise for the service provided to our family member over several years. Any concerns have been dealt with efficiently promptly and honestly. Recently requirements have been increased steeply and this has been accommodated at very short notice. Family and friends
have been assured knowing how responsive they have been. We can't name individual members of staff who have excelled but Simon (manager I think) has been particularly attentive to the needs of our family member. We could t have done this without you all. A huge thank you!

From first contact Holywell have been professional and courteous. We chose them on the basis of the reviews and initial engagement and have been very satisfied. They have been caring for our parents for 7 weeks and already we have seen breakthru in a very challenging situation due to the
sensitivity, compassion & teamwork of the carers & senior care coordinator.

Really lovely service. Staff are great at giving me just enough support to do things, without always doing it for me. They show up on time and are enthusiastic to get started. I really love how they fold my laundry the particular way I like. I like having the same team each week and most of the time
I've had the same carer come, which is pretty good for the agency.

I enjoy the carers coming, they are all very kind and I enjoy their help and company - they help me with all my problems and any task that I need. I enjoy going shopping with them. They are all very kind and helpful.

The manager and her team were amazing.
She offered me lots of cups of tea and was very accommodating. Such a value to your company. The value of the company is very good and I wish there were more like her and her team.

I have been with Holywell Domiciliary Care Services as a service user since November 2021. Overall, I am very happy with the service I receive. My carers really do try their very best, and I feel they genuinely do care. Thank you for asking me, my opinion, it means a lot.

So far the carers are excellent. Some of them go the extra mile for me. The only thing is that I do not always get my favourite carers which I understand. They send me my favourite carers when they are available.

I am satisfied with the care provided by Holywell Domiciliary Care Services. My husband has the same team of carers which I find important in providing trust and continuity. They are professional and caring always willing to help. The areas they use are always left clean and tidy.

We get care for three family members from Holywell, we have been with Holywell Domiciliary Care Services Preston for years. All The carers are brilliant, caring and very professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. Our regular carers are like family and my sisters and brother got so used to
them. The office staff always answer any queries I may have quickly, we have been with other companies in the past and I can say Holywell are one of the best out there. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The carers apply themselves wholeheartedly to the task in mind. Nothing is too menial and it is really service with a smile. They are not full of their own importance because their education is of the highest standard and don't regard the task beneath them. I would happily recommend them to
potential service users and am really grateful for their input!
