Springfield Health Care provided truly outstanding end-of-life care for him. The team was compassionate, respectful, and attentive, always prioritizing his comfort and dignity. Their communication with our family was thoughtful and supportive, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. The staff went above and beyond to ensure he was calm, cared for, and surrounded by kindness in his final days. We are forever grateful for their exceptional care and highly recommend Springfield Health Care for anyone seeking heartfelt, professional support during such a difficult time. Special mention to one lady. She really has captured the essence of compassion

My father was discharged from hospital in November 24 and died in April 25. During this time my father received excellent care from carers. My father could be difficult at times but they always showed him compassion and care. As a nurse, I always expect a high standard of care and I wasn't disappointed with the care my father was given. Would highly recommend to anyone

I am really happy with my experience with the company. I have had the support from carers for 4 years now. The support I have received has been amazing with only a few littles problems.

It was a big step for me to accept i needed care and to do something about it. I am so glad I chose Springfield Healthcare as they were the company who put me at ease completely from the moment I rang them. Their professional standards are embedded in genuine warmth and regard and consequently I feel 100% cared for, respected, and safe. The carers have transformed the quality of my life so much and lifted a huge weight from myself and my family, not just for the present but for the future too if my care needs increase.

The service prided by the carers and amin staff is wonderful and has allowed my mum to maintain her independence. Nothing is too much - just ask and if it can be done, it will be! The carers raise any concerns they may have very quickly which allows any issues to be resolved with the minimum of fuss! So glad that these lovely people have come into our lives.

I have had Springfield Healthcare for my brother who is paralysed from the chest down. My brother's carers provide the utmost care, 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Springfield Care to anyone they are like part of the family.

My wife was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with dementia also affecting her mobility. The care with Springfield was in place within a week of coming home. The care staff have been excellent, considerate of my wife's needs, and bring a smile to her face. We could not manage without them. We have had their services for six months and my wife is doing really well.

Springfield Healthcare have supported me for just over 6 months and I can't praise them enough for carers coming to my home but also in the office. They go above and beyond. Always offering outstanding help and support. They have helped me a lot and couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to look after me. All carers are infused with care and compassion which is evident when they are supporting me, they are good listeners and have a lot of time and patience for me. I would like to say a massive thank you for all the help and counted support.

A particular staff member's communication is outstanding - she responds to emails promptly and addresses concerns quickly, giving us great peace of mind. What truly sets them apart is their approach to caring for our mother, who has vascular dementia. The carers take time to engage with her in genuine conversation, treating her with dignity and creating a warm atmosphere. While it's their job, the staff consistently go above and beyond. Their considerate approach makes a real difference in our mother's daily life. They adapt their care to her preferences, showing true flexibility. We're deeply grateful for everything the Springfield Healthcare team does. Their professional expertise and genuine warmth have made this journey easier for our family.

My father-in-law was cared for by your company. I can honestly say that the carers really made a difference to his life and we managed to keep him at home longer than we expected. Nothing was a problem. They spent time laughing and joking with him, something he really enjoyed. Can't thank Springfield Healthcare enough. I 100% recommend this company

Springfield carers have been caring for my mam for the past 10 weeks, I have nothing but praise for these carers and the company. My mum looks forward to the visits from the carers, it has helped both my mam and myself. I find them and our care supervisor amazing, always available to assist me with my questions. Amazing team, keep up the hard work. Well done.

Overall exceptional service - pleasant and good at their jobs. Turnover of staff has reduced, which is most welcome. The office are also helpful in dealing with queries.

Generally Springfield Healthcare offers a good service although it would benefit from more carers. Most problems arise when carers do not come into work for various reasons. It would help carers and those who do the rotas if more than three minutes travelling time between clients was offered by Darlington Borough Council. It works when carers are visiting clients living close in an urban situation but not when drivers have to get out to the villages from Darlington, especially when there is a lot of traffic in rush hours. Carers are glad that their rotas enable them to manage other responsibilities such as taking children to school. Students who are studying at university are employed when appropriate to give them practical experience which works very well.
