We are quite happy with the carers and have no real complaints. They are good with times generally and most are very friendly and caring. My husband enjoys their company and some have a little joke with him which he enjoys. All good.

I have been under the carers for 10 months now. The carers have been very thoughtful of my needs and always careful of my medication and food, and nothing is too much trouble. If you need to contact the office for any reason, they are very quick at sorting out the problems.

My cares have been very polite. Always thoughtful do anything asked of them always. Before they leave they ask "if I can do anything else for you", could not fault them.

The carer comes, well dressed, organised, PPE, very polite. Helped me with undressing, showering, drying and creaming my whole body, very helpful and polite. Good communication, easy to get on with. Thank you.

Carers are very pleasant. Always cheerful and friendly. They treat my husband with dignity and respect. They explain to him what they are going to do and involve him where they can.

My husband was well looked after by your wonderful carers. They came every day, were polite, dedicated to their job and did it so professionally. Nothing was too much for them. I couldn't have coped without their daily help. I'm so grateful.
