I have used many agencies in the past and found them to be unsuitable: they just want to get the job done and get out, sign my sheet please and bye. No interactions! My present agency is very friendly, caring and do their job professionally. I look forward to seeing them. What more can I say?

Elmcare Solutions Ltd provides me with excellent care. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and very understanding of my needs. The management is excellent and very supportive. I recommend this company highly! 5-star service.

My father has so far had three months of care provided by Elmcare Solutions. It is normally the same two carers who visit and their conduct is always faultless. They are very patient, considerate and helpful in the care they give to my father. All staff members so far have always been kind, happy
and very approachable, whilst maintaining a very high level of care and professionalism.
