E-care have been amazing. They have cared for my Dad for a year or so now. Their communication is exemplary, and their liaison with other sectors we need help from is a great help. They have always been keen to help my sister and i so we do not feel worried about Dad. The carers are so all so
lovely and well trained. They genuinely care and over time feel like part of the family. I cannot recommend this company enough.

My mother was discharged from hospital on a reablement contract I was not aware that this contract existed.
The assessor was really lovely she explained the process of reablement and how the service works
E Care were very flexible about call timings as Mother was on dialysis three times a week
staff always made sure she was ready for pick up by the ambulance, for this, she always had a packed lunch to go with us her medications.
E Care always ensured a later visit to assist Mum in settling for the night on her return from hospital.
I found the company easy to talk to and medication updates were made within a few minutes.
The assessors also sorted Mum's medications and put into a blister pack so she was able to maintain her independence.
I would certainly recommend E Care as a company.

Took great care of my uncle. We had been so worried about him as he declined and E Care were an absolute blessing. Always treated my uncle and anyone visiting professionally but above all in a friendly and approachable way. The carers were amazing and felt like friends.
My uncle was treated with
care, kindness, respect, and as an individual.

Care staff are very friendly and helpful. They attend to my needs on a day to day basis to which I am very grateful.

Wonderful carers. Professional, friendly and sensitive to the client's and family's needs. Happy to do anything you ask. My Mum enjoyed seeing them. Lovely people. I shall miss them. Thank you, all.

I cannot fault Ecare. They looked after my elderly mum when she came out of the hospital. Nothing was too much trouble. The care provided was great, the carers were lovely and my mum eventually grew in confidence until she could manage on her own. Thank you.
