My mum took a tumble and broke her shoulder in September and needed some support. Care One 2 One have been looking after her at home ever since. The team have been excellent, timely, helpful and caring, definitely recommend them. (Excellent value for money).

This company don't believe invisible illnesses exist and complaints are not taken seriously and when allergies they don't always comply to. Allow a carer to bully when already previously said about the same carer.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the manager and all the amazing carers that looked after my mam. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they changed days and times of visits to fit in with my work patterns, always at such short notice. The care they gave Mam was outstanding, and they also
supported myself massively - I felt they were all part of our family. They showed huge empathy when my mam passed in August. They visited me personally with a lovely bunch of flowers and a huge hug. They truly are angels on earth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for this opportunity to comment on the standard of care my wife has. It also gives us a chance to say how much we value such support. The carers involved have been professional in their approach and manner and have given an impression that they were prepared to go a lot further if the
situation required it. One contacted the district nurse for us after assessing the condition of my wife's legs, she obviously used her experience to sort things out. It is much appreciated.

My review with the company has been amazing and I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support they have given to me and my late dad. I certainly, without their help, would not have been able to cope.

I have been with Care One 2 One since the beginning. Recently, call times have been changed at short notice and sometimes without my knowledge. This makes me anxious, as I don't know when someone will arrive or who. Also, I find that a lot of new staff have been taken on. This means I cannot get
used to the same staff attending or they used to me and what needs to be done. I would like to see more continuity of care. Staff on domestic duties do not always know what to do, ie respect for cleaning, ironing etc.

As mum has only had this care for a few weeks so far, this review is limited. But so far so good. Mum has told me the carers are very nice and she is happy, which is all I need to know. She is being looked after very well. Thank you.

The carer who visits my mother is keen to observe for anything that changes. They are also very keen to encourage my mother to do for herself and are always ready to listen/talk to her. My mother is always praising them up and rightly so. Also, I have noticed changes around the house, and a lot of
the workload has been taken of me, which I am very grateful.

Overall the carers and company have provided the care package as requested. It is great that we have just a few main carers, as this provides us with the reassurance that we don't have to keep explaining to numerous carers what support is required.

My care is excellent with my morning lunch and evening carers always the same apart from holidays, but when they are away I would appreciate being told who are their replacements.

Care One 2 One is a very good company and I can compare them to a few others we've already tried. They are reliable and punctual and will adapt when there is a problem. The staff are friendly and courteous and show respect to my parents when caring for them. They try at all times to uphold their
dignity even when it's difficult.
The care given is a high standard and the house is always clean and tidy. I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to anybody.

The carer was very caring and kind to our mother. Made sure that all her needs were met almost as if we were there at home.
When we arrived home, we found mum to be happy and she told us that she liked her carer very much and that, as a caring family, means everything. Well done. Excellent service

My sister, disabled by arthritis, deafness and visual problems lives alone at 93 and the weekend visits of the carer has proved an aid and a reassurance for the family, who all live some distance away.

Each one is always polite, pleasant and nicely presented. They will ask if there is anything special that I need or if there is anything they can do more or make me a beverage etc.

New lady very pleasant and helpful, completed the work quickly and efficiently. After which she asked if there was anything else she could do for me.

The carer is punctual and professional. We are always informed of her availability which allows us to pre-plan our breaks. My mother relates very well to her and after does not want to leave! This is most reassuring for us. Totally happy with the care provided which enables us to relax and enjoy our
breaks.
