The carers are very friendly and are very careful with my needs. They talk to me and it is interesting to learn where they have come from and how they like England but not the weather. They are good at giving me a bed wash and a shower. They make sure I am comfortable before leaving. I look forward
to them coming.

Care times were agreed and promised, Timings of visits very erratic. Not at required time of day.
Care staff not consistent, get care staff that do not know the needs of the client.
Most care staff can be trusted to look after the needs of the client, some give more than is required in care and
support.

My friend has been on holiday twice this year and has experienced days out which he's really enjoyed as he's such a sociable person. The two carers who've supported him on the trips and days out have been exceptional. They spent time getting to know him and identifying his needs making sure he was
safe. When he needed suitable clothing, they searched for better clothing for him and when equipment wasn't available on trips, they actively looked for solutions to make his experiences safe and enjoyable. Knowing these carers are supporting him gives me reassurance as I don't live in the area. Having contact with management means I know I can raise issues or concerns if I need to .

Very happy with care received, which is personal care 4x per day, my auntie says they are kind, caring and professional in their care of her. Always chatting and leaving her happy.
I'm happy with the app, which keeps me up to date with everything. All in all, very happy.

Thanks to the support of Continued Care my parents were able to stay in their own home for as long as possible. The staff were caring and friendly and reacted promptly and professionally to incidents when they occurred, such as when my Dad fell and required stints in hospital. Dad loved talking to
the carers and they always had time for him. Both my parents had complex needs and these were all managed very well. The contact with the supervisors was very good and the app was extremely useful as I live a long way away. I would recommend Continued Care wholeheartedly.

Continued Care has provided excellent support to Dad over the past few months following two stints in hospital. This support has allowed him to continue to live independently in his own home. The carers are all professional and respectful, performing a wide variety of agreed tasks which they adapt
appropriately dependent on how Dad is during a visit. All this is reported rapidly in the excellent App which gives great reassurance for his family who are all some distance away. The level of support required has varied over time and Continued Care has been pro-active in adapting the support to suit with very good communication with the family. Of particular note this month was the support provided to a hospital scan appointment with Dad reporting afterwards that the Continued Care support was simply splendid

We cannot thank Continued Care enough for the outstanding support they provided to my Dad.
From the initial appointment to discuss the care package Dad needed to delivering care they always delivered kindness and exceptional care every step of the way, always going the extra mile. Dad had two
particular favourite carers, and honestly, they felt like part of the family.
The app was such a great feature - it gave us peace of mind by allowing us to keep a close eye on Dad's health and wellbeing.
They supported us with both day and evening calls, ensuring Dad was always well looked after. Even after Dad's passing, they reached out to check on Mum, which meant so much to us.
We couldn't have asked for better care. Truly a 5-star service.

I find Continued Care to be reliable & efficient & if there are any issues, they respond very quickly. They are always available to fill gaps when family members are not available. Carers are kind & caring & treat my mum with dignity & respect. I have no complaints at all about their service.

Generally happy with the service received. Staff are always attentive and pleasant. Only issue is time of arrival, which varies from 7:30 - 11:00. Would prefer between 8:30 - 9:00. Saying that, it has improved.

I cannot praise Continued Care and it's staff enough for all their support and kindness for the time dad was under their care. They treated dad with unwavering kindness and respect. They are all Angels in Disguise.

Lady who interviewed me was very kind. My daughter was here also and I didn't always agree what she said but she expects more from the carer than I do. I am very happy with my regular carer I wouldn't want that to change.

My brother has had care from continued care for the past 3 years. The care has been incredible. All the carers got to know him well and understood his problems. Management was always easy to contact and helped us out on many occasions. He is now moving into a care home and tells me he will miss his
friends at Continued Care. The care was outstanding and nothing was any bother.

The care I have received over the last month has been consistently kind and attentive. They have helped with my daily morning tasks, such as hair washing, dressing and food preparation, as well as some household tasks such as laundry and hoovering. Their approach is always gentle, making sure I feel
safe and comfortable in every situation. I feel respected at all times and their kindness and professionalism has greatly contributed to my well-being.

Continued Care provide an outstanding service. My mother and I consider that we are very fortunate to be clients.
Just an hour a day over the last 6 months has made such a positive difference to all aspects of Mum's health and well-being. Due to Continued Care's support, she has maintained her
independence in her own home with her dog. Mum is left to get on with the things she enjoys.
Mum looks fwd to the visits from the team. From the social aspect alone they are great value. However, the care is holistic, including nursing aspects, shopping, tidying, keeping on top of prescriptions, appointments, organising varied and nutritious meals, etc.
Despite living 70m away, I feel much more in touch with mum as communications with Continued Care is very good. The app is a great application of IT. Occasionally, I receive a phone call regarding mum but these are infrequent and always justified. I will sometimes need to email Continued Care to pass on information, these are always responded to promptly. Communication within Continued Care is very efficient.

We had 8 visits from Continued Care from Oakville Ltd - Harrogate. These visits were used to shower my husband, after he sustained a broken collar bone and wrist. The carers were friendly and efficient. They introduced themselves and treated my husband with due consideration. Privacy and respect for
my husband, were given at all times. If my husband needs carers in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again.

All the staff are friendly, kind, very helpful and professional in their work. As I only gave poor in the options on value for money, I, and probably others, only needed 15 minutes per visit but minimum is 30 minutes. I feel the staff could be using their time in more needy cases.
