View Full Details of Be Caring LeedsI cannot thank the team at Be Caring enough for the outstanding care they provided for my mother during her journey with dementia. Their compassion and dedication were evident in every visit. The carers came to her home three times a day, ensuring that every aspect of my her needs was met with patience, dignity, and genuine affection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My mother always looked forward to their visits. The warmth and kindness of the carers allowed her to remain in the comfort of her own home for much longer than we thought possible. It was clear that the carers saw her as more than just a client and always brought a smile. Right up until the difficult decision was made that she could no longer stay at home, the care and support never wavered. I wholeheartedly recommend Be Caring to anyone seeking loving, professional, and exceptional care for a loved one. We as a family are deeply grateful for everything they did for my mother.
Unfortunately, we cannot use the expected system to communicate by digital. Hence we have to use email. This has supposedly been reviewed by your IT Team & has never been fixed. This results in us communicating directly with senior personnel in the business. However, the process works extremely well for us. Not sure if it is the most effective us of your managers time handling our issues?
Untrained staff sent in blind so cannot carry out most care without lots of client input which causes sickness for brain injuries, dementia, learning difficulties. High turnover of staff due to poor management and training. Untrained in handling medical equipment. Untrained in handling medication. Management ineffective, not interested in client welfare causing further illness. Always back the staff, leaving clients vulnerable. There are a few good carers that are exceptionally good at their jobs, unfortunately not enough of them. I know of other clients who have suffered too.
