I have been bed bond for a few years i come to be caring leeds when I got back out of hospital and I got 4 times a day care. My cares don't like to work and every time I made a complaint I was gaslight in to making me belive I was in the wrong and I have bad mental health so that was making me ill. Then my careers walked out of my home leaving me naked on a bed pan on my bed all because I asked if on my dinner time call can she go buy me a watermelon I had the money but even tho it's in the notes she said no so I rang the office and they belived her again so I put cctv in my home not one week later I have grown men screaming at me and the lady saying me asking to keep my home clean and tidy she said too bloodclat you need to stop but I complain and the manger cat he does not care won't change my cares so now I am looking for new careers but that only sorts my problem what about others
Supporting you when you came out of hospital was something our team cared about getting right. When you raised this, our manager Cat...
The carers that visit my mother on a daily basis, are truly caring ladies, and are supportive to both myself and my mother they take care of all her needs without any issues I couldn't wish for any.
My mum is always well cared for, when the staff come in to care for her they are very friendly and she enjoys chatting to them, they often seem to be having a joke and a laugh. If I have any requests it is easy to contact the office and chat with the staff there.
I consider myself very lucky to have the most incredible carers they are incredible and nothing is ever too much for any of them and they always go above and beyond. Over a period of twelve months they are not only my carers they have become friends and are always showing interest in my family and are always asking after them.
The job that they do is incredible and they are always going above and beyond.
The office staff are always polite, efficient and helpful and goi that extra mile whatever my enquiry.
I would certainly recommend Be Caring
5* to all concerned I'm one very happy customer. Thankyou
Mark
The only issue I have is the meal choices, the carers do not use all the foods provided, we have to throw a lot of food away as it's gone out of date, they never use the foods in the freezer, which has steamed vegetables, chips, fish cakes etc, they don't put gravy or any sauces on her foods, I have a list of meals they can make on the kitchen cupboard but they don't make them, easier to put a couple of pork pies on a plate than to make something, other than the meals I am happy with the carers.
The ladies that come to care for my mum are brilliant. She even has her favourites! The office are very approachable, if we have any concerns or questions , they are immediately dealt with. We could only have hoped for this kind of help/service when we first started with Be Caring , so to actually feel that my mum is happy and cared for in her own home is so reassuring for us as a family. Thankyou x
I have loved every minute and every moment with the carers they have absolutely wonderful and your service gets 10/10 from me thank yiu for letting me join you. Joining you guys was the best decision I have ever made and thank you for being patient with me im seeing my daughter tomorrow I need some help please thank you
I feel happy with Be Caring as Mum feels happy and settled with them coming in and makes me feel settled with them coming in too.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that your mum feels happy and settled with our carers, and that knowing she's comfortable brings you peace of mind too. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's ever anything more we can do - we're here for you both.
My mother always looked forward to their visits. The warmth and kindness of the carers allowed her to remain in the comfort of her own home for much longer than we thought possible. It was clear that the carers saw her as more than just a client and always brought a smile.
Right up until the difficult decision was made that she could no longer stay at home, the care and support never wavered.
I wholeheartedly recommend Be Caring to anyone seeking loving, professional, and exceptional care for a loved one.
We as a family are deeply grateful for everything they did for my mother.
On behalf of everyone at Be Caring, thank you for trusting us to support your family. We are deeply grateful for your recommendation and send you and your family our warmest wishes.
This results in us communicating directly with senior personnel in the business. However, the process works extremely well for us. Not sure if it is the most effective us of your managers time handling our issues?
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your positive ratings! We appreciate your patience and the efforts you've made, alongside our team, to try and resolve challenges with our digital communication system. While it's not ideal that we haven't yet found a technical solution,...
Untrained staff sent in blind so cannot carry out most care without lots of client input which causes sickness for brain injuries, dementia, learning difficulties.
High turnover of staff due to poor management and training.
Untrained in handling medical equipment.
Untrained in handling medication.
Management ineffective, not interested in client welfare causing further illness.
Always back the staff, leaving clients vulnerable.
There are a few good carers that are exceptionally good at their jobs, unfortunately not enough of them.
I know of other clients who have suffered too.
