Excellent care provided for my son. All the carers who come home are very polite, caring and hard working. They ensure all my son's needs are met and we couldn't be happier with the service and the carers.

Nursing Direct stepped in to provide desperately needed support at home for our son and the whole family in a very challenging situation. The Nursing Direct care team provided the safety, stability and breathing space that enabled us to think clearly about what the best path would be for our son.
They were professional, empathetic, responsive to feedback and flexible in the support provided as needed.
The impact of Nursing Direct's involvement was transformative - for our son and the whole family - taking us all from a path that would have resulted in bad outcomes for everyone to a path that is already much better. We really can't thank the Nursing Direct team enough - we are hugely grateful for the support the team provided to get us through a difficult time.

At a time when reliable reassuring help was needed fast, Nursing Direct were able to help putting in place 24 hour cover for a weekend at 3 hours notice.
The caliber of the office organisers and carers was exemplary.
Two member of staff were excellent; especially one in particular on the first day
when it was so new to us to have help in my parent's home.

Nursing Direct stepped in when particular, specific issues with my father's medical health needs were not being attended to properly from the usual services. Their precision in timing, honouring their assurances, and providing excellent staff and professionalism were fantastic. I would recommend
them to anyone who wants difficult problems in the medical care world to be solved at a thoroughly competitive rate. Thank you to all the team for making all the issues with my father so much more bearable for him.

I have had mixed experiences with my care so far. I have a team of five carers who are polite and mostly punctual. I am a very social person with my own vehicle, but unfortunately, I have just the one driver at the moment in the team. My level of injury requires my carers to have specific training
to effectively provide adequate care. Although this is not entirely the case at the moment with my team, I can see that my manager is working hard to improve things. I feel we are on the right track.

I’ve had no issues so far with my carer or any member of staff from Nursing Direct. The allocated carer is always on time, very supportive and helpful. The communication between myself and staff members have been good.

All the staff are helpful, efficient, polite and caring. They are matched to my sons needs as he has very complex health needs, that involves personal care as well as using medical equipment and medication. They need to be able to fit in with his routine and not disrupt this. They have all been able
to do this, although it has taken some time to get the dream team together, I feel we have it now.

Staff have been experts and helpful. The office contact was very professional and handled difficult situations. There was one incident that needed more attention from one of the staff but overall, the staff are great and the service is really good.

The team is caring, listening and always try to help. Nursing Direct is working with my special needs son for the last 10 months. The team is supportive and very helpful. Most importantly, service quality was un-interrupted during Covid lockdown (April - August).

Nursing Direct care package took over from another provider 1 year ago.
My son has ASD, PDA, ADHD, Tourettes, PTSD.
When Nursing Direct took over he had 4 to 1 care package and was not in a good place, he was anxious, distressed and spending his day being restrained. Most of the time on the
floor. He was receiving no education and the care team had no guidance or structure. He barely had any life skills and needed assistance with everything. Staff were also wearing protective clothing like gladiators helmets, shin pads, gloves etc.... They now wear nothing.
Over the past year, through better management, my son's progress has been amazing.
He is now out of holds, going out into the community every day.
He has a quality of life now and is learning new life skills every day. He is a much happier boy now.
I will forever be thankful to Nursing Direct for everything they have done, all their hard work in giving us back our son.
I know things will just get better and better now.

Care for my husband's complex needs has been excellent and reliable. The management makes regular contact and operates very efficiently. What is very pleasing is the genuine passion and interest shown by some carers in improving our lives. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nursing Direct
especially as some carers are very skilled and have regular training.

Excellent 24-hour nursing care package provider! The Day Nurses and Night Nurses are excellent and we always get on well. My dignity is respected at all times. The nurses certainly brighten up my day! Thank you!

The nursing care and the management of my daughter's care is normally excellent. We have found the company highly responsive and feel that they are the best regular nursing care company that have ever looked after her. The leadership of the team is exceptional together with the support offered to my
daughter and our family.

My wife a was cared for by very compassionate staff who are patient. They were well trained and use initiative. I had some problems with the timings at the beginning but once I spoke to the office they were sorted out. I am very grateful for the help they gave me and my wife. A big thank you.

The carers who come to us are competent, caring, efficient and kind. What more can anyone ask? I appreciate the fact that they are always the same two ladies, one in the week and the other at weekends.

I am happy with the care that my grandfather receives. All of the carers are great and he looks forward to them coming in. He is very well cared for. I have no complaints. All of the staff are very helpful and polite in the office and have always dealt with any concerns I have promptly and

The family was put quickly at ease from the time that we made the first call to the end of the care. Nursing Direct provided us with excellent carers on a rota that allowed my father to be comfortable and supported in his final days.
