Having carers on a weekly basis has had such a positive impact on our lives. My son looks forward to seeing the carers and going out to do activities with them. He has formed good relationships with some of them and talks about them frequently. We are grateful for the help and support we receive.

Caremark is an excellent care service- all of the staff are friendly, efficient, motivated and cheerful. They are diligent and deal with any issues promptly.

Caremark has consistently managed high-quality care for my sister-in-law. Their team takes the initiative to keep me informed of any changes and events, and their care staff have shown empathy, patience and genuine care in sometimes challenging circumstances. It has been hugely reassuring to me and to the family.

Caremark is a good care agency. Since the referral and assessment, everything I asked them for my son is taken into consideration. Carer are lovely always have a smile on their face. They listen to my advice towards my son's care and provide excellent care. It is easy to reach out to the office staff as well. They are friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a care agency for their loved ones.

I am very pleased with the care my mum receives. The staff are very helpful in all ways. They keep me and my brother well informed about any concerning matters. They are all very friendly, helpful and very caring and me and my brother feel my mum is being looked after and cared for very well.

The live-in care for my mother was arranged quickly and efficiently. The quality of care provided has been extremely high. Issues with my mother's eating have been dealt with very sensitively and also with plenty of encouragement. Her personal needs have also been managed very carefully and with dignity. Monitoring of the environment and the quality of care given has been very thorough. Overall the service we have received and are continuing to receive has been very impressive.

Caremark has provided a high standard of care for my Grandmother. The carers have provided great support with patience and attentive assistance with provision of meals, travelling to medical appointments, aiding walks and dressing. Sometimes this has been challenging but the carers have dealt with situations with consideration and respect. Management of care coverage and administration has been good. The team at Chiltern have been very responsive to queries and getting in touch where required.

I am very happy with the standard of care given. The carers work hard to give the best care possible. My daughter is always calm and happy with the carers working with her, they always ask her how she is and how I am.
