Care2Home provide daily services to my 92-year old stepmother who has dementia. The team deliver first class quality care services in a very caring and sensitive manner, proactively flagging any emerging issues and ensuring my stepmother is as comfortable as possible at this late stage in her life.

Care2Home looked after my Aunt last year who sadly passed away. We enjoyed the care provided by Care2Home & went all the way to help us always. The carers & management team were very good & helpful all the time.

This company is more like family, they started helping to care for my elderly uncle last year, gradually he has needed more care. Care to Home have provided the care he needs all the people have adapted to my uncles ways and needs. If there is a problem or concern. The manager reports the issue to
me immediately. Everyone my uncle and I have dealt with have been professional, patient caring and friendly. I live 200 miles away from my uncle, since care to home have been visiting him every day, I have noticed a difference in him he seems more alert and content than he had previously. I now feel reassured that care to home will notice changes and act accordingly.
I couldn't ask for more.

I can't find anything to fault with any of the carers who looked after my mum in the final two weeks of her life. They were always on time (4 visits a day), very professional and always willing to give me guidance on handling the NHS systems. But most memorable were the tears that the carers shed
when my mum died, especially as they'd only known her two weeks. When carers care this much, you just know you were lucky to have them at such a difficult time.

I have found the company to be very professional and the employees to very caring and committed to their work they are very cheerful and are willing to go the extra mile.
I also find that they are very good at keeping in touch which is very helpful.

We are incredibly thankful for the quick response in offering us overnight support for our dear Mom.
My sister and l were at the hight of exhaustion, after caring for our precious Mommy night and day, for many weeks.
We needed help that we could trust, after being so very let down by another
company.
Manjit's company, 'Care 2 Home', was recommend to us.
We have to say she is an absolute angel. When she came to introduce herself and the overnight carer, firstly Nardia, then Lovely, she showed such love, understanding and words of encouragement and help to my sister and l.
Reassuring us that Mom would be well cared for.
Both carers were wonderful and able to care for Mom's every need throughout the night, enabling my sister and l to have a much needed sleep.
We would recommend this company to anyone who needs help they can rely on.

My mother doesn't find home care easy. She very protective of her home and wary of people coming in to help.
We couldn't continue with a previous care company because she felt they were clock watching and did the bare minimum.
It is such a relief that she feels these carers actually care.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are wonderful, so caring. I would never want to change company. Director comes to see me which cheers me up. They are like friends. They listen to me, it is so great.

Our mother who lives in her own home at 93 years old, had come to the stage of needing some support at home. Help with personal care, meal prep, and medication prompt. My sister and I arranged this through her social worker and Care2Home were provided to offer support to our mom, who has three
30-minute calls a day. All the carers are very polite, professional, kind, and caring to our mother. They all show respect to her and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Care2Home to friends and relatives.

Care2Home have been a wonderful support to my mother and to myself. I contacted them after my elderly mother suddenly became unable to look after herself. I didn’t have a clue what to do The manager came for a meeting and started care straight away. Care2Home guided me through a very difficult and
stressful time. They got things done sorting the doctors, and district nurses and getting everything organised to provide her care, which took the pressure off me so I could spend time with my mum. The carers treated my mum with respect and dignity. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls. They go the extra mile they arranged a visit from Father Christmas and also painted my mum's nails which was a lovely touch and brightened her day. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My mom needed a night carer after she became very unwell. The carer was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, she was caring, patient and went the extra mile to help my mom, often staying after her time. Could not thank her enough.

Care2Home has been a huge support with my dad since April 2023 when his health deteriorated. All the staff from the office to the carers have been very helpful, understanding and accommodating.
This dedicated team help patient and family, a blessing in the early stages when trying to manage a
difficult situation. Knowing dad is happy, in his own home and looked after so well, offers such peace of mind. I couldn't recommend this professional team enough if looking for help with an elderly relative.

I can not recommend Care2Home enough they are truly amazing. Each and every carer goes the extra mile for my mom and the family, they help to keep her smiling and keep in touch with us throughout every week.
I don't know what we would do without them thanks so much, also a quick mention to one of
Mom's carers, she treats Mom like her own and we as a family feel Mom could not be in better hands than with her and her team thank you so much all.

The staff at Care2Home were absolutely brilliant with my Nan. Our family couldn't have done this without them. The lads in the office always accommodated for any time we needed the carers to go and help my Nan when it was the school holidays, if we were going away, the staff always help. It took my
Nan a while to get used to the carers as it was new to her and she had to accept the family needed more help to care for her which was hard but eventually my Nan loved the carers and the carers loved my Nan. With these amazing girls, My Nan made it to 100. Even though she played them up the carers loved to go and see her and the family can't thank them enough. The girls also communicated with the family to update on how my Nan was getting on which was always comforting. She would say no more and shut the door and pretend she couldn't hear you when she could, my Nan was one of a kind. Thanks again, I would really recommend Care2Home.The Staff are superb and cater for all needs.

My husband's carer provided kind and attentive care for several hours while I was away from home. She arrived on time and noted all that we required from her during her visit, We will certainly be using Care2Home with confidence on future occasions.
