Support offered right from the start was professional and caring. Staff were friendly and acted professionally and treated the patient with dignity and respect at all times. Night nurse support was fantastic, allowing respite for the family, but allowed us to be there for passing of family member. Would recommend.

Care2Home provided excellent help, care and support for my stepmother who is 92 years old and has advanced dementia. The care team provided round-the-clock care and always put her needs and wellbeing first. The entire team was reliable, friendly, compassionate and highly professional when dealing with her range of medical needs. My Dad has been helped by Care2Home for a number of years now. He is now 97 and has become very frail. We are very grateful for the kind and considerate care he receives from all the Carers at Care2Home. This has allowed him to remain in his own home.

I cared for my father for 6 years full time due to the complexity of his multiple comorbid health conditions and the last days were some of the toughest so I will always remain deeply grateful to have had the support of Care2home. My mother also had dementia and, over 28 years, we have seen good agencies and Carers and some bad ones. The Care2home Palliative team is definitely some of the very best I have ever seen over almost three decades.

I can't find anything to fault with any of the carers who looked after my mum in the final two weeks of her life. They were always on time (4 visits a day), very professional and always willing to give me guidance on handling the NHS systems. But most memorable were the tears that the carers shed when my mum died, especially as they'd only known her two weeks. When carers care this much, you just know you were lucky to have them at such a difficult time.

I also find that they are very good at keeping in touch which is very helpful.

We would recommend this company to anyone who needs help they can rely on.

Our mother who lives in her own home at 93 years old, had come to the stage of needing some support at home. Help with personal care, meal prep, and medication prompt. My sister and I arranged this through her social worker and Care2Home were provided to offer support to our mom, who has three 30-minute calls a day. All the carers are very polite, professional, kind, and caring to our mother. They all show respect to her and nothing is too much trouble.
