My mom needed a night carer after she became very unwell. The carer was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, she was caring, patient and went the extra mile to help my mom, often staying after her time. Could not thank her enough.

This dedicated team help patient and family, a blessing in the early stages when trying to manage a difficult situation. Knowing dad is happy, in his own home and looked after so well, offers such peace of mind. I couldn't recommend this professional team enough if looking for help with an elderly relative.

I don't know what we would do without them thanks so much, also a quick mention to one of Mom's carers, she treats Mom like her own and we as a family feel Mom could not be in better hands than with her and her team thank you so much all.

The staff at Care2Home were absolutely brilliant with my Nan. Our family couldn't have done this without them. The lads in the office always accommodated for any time we needed the carers to go and help my Nan when it was the school holidays, if we were going away, the staff always help. It took my Nan a while to get used to the carers as it was new to her and she had to accept the family needed more help to care for her which was hard but eventually my Nan loved the carers and the carers loved my Nan. With these amazing girls, My Nan made it to 100. Even though she played them up the carers loved to go and see her and the family can't thank them enough. The girls also communicated with the family to update on how my Nan was getting on which was always comforting. She would say no more and shut the door and pretend she couldn't hear you when she could, my Nan was one of a kind. Thanks again, I would really recommend Care2Home.The Staff are superb and cater for all needs.

My husband's carer provided kind and attentive care for several hours while I was away from home. She arrived on time and noted all that we required from her during her visit, We will certainly be using Care2Home with confidence on future occasions.

Used this service for two months now and the change in my father-in-law is amazing. He has a shower weekly by the team and has a spring in his step for days after. My mother-in-law had struggled without saying for a long time before admitting they needed help and, although a small step, it has made a big difference. Staff are amazing, chatty, professional and kind, all the things the elderly need.

Care2Home have looked after my mother for 12 months now. We were initially struggling to find a company to cater to her needs, and found Care2Home via Facebook. My initial communication with the Recruitment & Finance Manager was excellent, and he showed real compassion for our situation. They have accommodated us in every way possible, and the Managing Director bends over backwards for the clients. All staff and management have the core value of caring for clients at the forefront of the business. Would highly recommend this family-run business for anyone requiring home care.

Overall, very pleased but management does need to listen to the client needing some carers. As a client with dementia, do not like change.

Consider myself very fortunate to have wonderful carers. They always make me feel very comfortable and will sort problems out - over the months, more like friends.

Care2Home began caring for my father in March 2020 and continued to care for him until he died in November 2021. I cannot praise the team enough for treating my father with respect, dignity and a sense of humour throughout. Caring for someone with vascular dementia is not an easy job but the team always managed to meet Dad’s needs even on the days when he wasn’t too keen to cooperate. They always had a laugh and a joke and managed to talk him round. My mother found the carers support invaluable too and looked forward to their visits, brightening her day as well as Dad’s.

The caregivers that look after my Aunt are excellent, and her home is kept clean and tidy - to my mind, this is a good indication of really super overall care and provides me with the reassurance that she is in very good hands.

Care2Home are well managed and have great carers. All the carers showed care and compassion to my late brother-in-law who passed away and subsequently his widow. They were reliable and punctual throughout the day and night - often going the extra mile. They have supported the family brilliantly.

Since being under the care of Care2Home, I've found the staff to be kind and understanding. Id I have any concerns, the management team are easy to get along with and willing to accommodate and changes per training my care. A wonderful company with excellent staff that I consider as friends.
