Used this service for two months now and the change in my father-in-law is amazing. He has a shower weekly by the team and has a spring in his step for days after. My mother-in-law had struggled without saying for a long time before admitting they needed help and, although a small step, it has made
a big difference. Staff are amazing, chatty, professional and kind, all the things the elderly need.

Care2Home have looked after my mother for 12 months now. We were initially struggling to find a company to cater to her needs, and found Care2Home via Facebook. My initial communication with the Recruitment & Finance Manager was excellent, and he showed real compassion for our situation. They have accommodated
us in every way possible, and the Managing Director bends over backwards for the clients. All staff and management have the core value of caring for clients at the forefront of the business. Would highly recommend this family-run business for anyone requiring home care.

Overall, very pleased but management does need to listen to the client needing some carers. As a client with dementia, do not like change.

Well run, efficient and prepared to go the extra mile if needed.
Staff are kind, considerate and, most importantly, caring. I feel confident that my 96-year-old sister is in very good hands.

The team have been caring for my mom for a number of years. My mom loves them, they provide a great service. They are always happy and willing to go the extra mile
Special shout out to the manager, who, without her support over recent months, I do not know how I would have coped with the downturn
in my mom's health. Happy to say she is now on the mend.

Care2Home began caring for my father in March 2020 and continued to care for him until he died in November 2021. I cannot praise the team enough for treating my father with respect, dignity and a sense of humour throughout. Caring for someone with vascular dementia is not an easy job but the team always
managed to meet Dad’s needs even on the days when he wasn’t too keen to cooperate. They always had a laugh and a joke and managed to talk him round. My mother found the carers support invaluable too and looked forward to their visits, brightening her day as well as Dad’s.

Care2Home was contracted to look after my Aunt in July 2021, taking over from another provider. I am really pleased with the whole package of care that the Management Team and their great team of care workers are providing. From excellent communication with me to their creative ways of sorting out very
challenging issues that my Aunt faces.
What really impresses me is the way The Managing Director, in particular, takes responsibility and gets things done. All this leaves my Aunt looking and feeling as well as is possible given her age, medical condition etc.
The caregivers that look after my Aunt are excellent, and her home is kept clean and tidy - to my mind, this is a good indication of really super overall care and provides me with the reassurance that she is in very good hands.

Good care, checking taking tablets in the morning and bathing.
Evening tablets are left with her and not overseen them being taken recently - but she needs to be watched otherwise she won't be taking them.
All carers are very attentive and kind.
Previously, morning calls were too late but now it
is fine. Thank you.

Care2Home are well managed and have great carers. All the carers showed care and compassion to my late brother-in-law who passed away and subsequently his widow. They were reliable and punctual throughout the day and night - often going the extra mile. They have supported the family brilliantly.

The team have been looking after my dad for the last couple of years. My dad has limited mobility and the manager has helped us as a family to put things in place to assist Dad in making his life easier.
We were especially touched when she visited him last year on his 90th birthday, he loved his
birthday cake and Christmas last year, he had a surprise visit from Father Christmas! We had a difficult year as a family last year and these visits put a smile on our Dad's face.
He looks forward to his various daily carers and he always has a tale to tell. Thank you all so much.
