Our elderly Father had double eye cataract surgery and needed eyedrops 4 x day for 2 weeks then 2 x day for 2 weeks, we didn't know this until after surgery. We immediately realised that we needed extra support as my sister works & I was about to go on holiday not realising just how difficult the
schedule would be & just how much support he needed.
I rang Platinum Care (amongst others) and spoke to Angela, she immediately put me at ease and said they could handle the request. Emma turned up to meet Dad and went through everything, I was immediately impressed by how professional and efficient as well as lovely and treated Dad with respect and dignity.
Dad said they always turned up on time and offered to make him a brew, which he appreciated. Platinum Care stepped in at very short notice and we would have struggled without their assistance
Thank you Angela, Emma and the team, we now have a trustworthy Care provider on our doorstep & won't hesitate to use your services going forward.

All communications were easy and prompt. Mum loved the girls who were genuinely caring and certainly went above and beyond for her. Mum build a rapport and trust that was essential in a time of need. Management were commutative and without a doubt competent. Thank you for all you did for mum I will

Excellent care from all of the staff at Platinum Care Cheshire Ltd, they do above and beyond to help. Good communication too. Highly recommend. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and work very hard.

Platinum Care came to our rescue when we were experiencing very poor quality care from another company.
Mum has settled beautifully with Platinum care. The level of communication with the team is excellent and ongoing. The carers are friendly and chatty with Mum, which she needs because she has
Alzheimer's and needs reassurance, prompting and the stimulus of conversation.
I have been able to relax more, in the knowledge that Mum is being cared for so well, which gives me some respite. They adapt their care according to her changing needs and have got to know her well.
Thanks to all that are involved.

We have used Platinum Care for a number of years, ever since our sons mobility started to worsen. They have always provided excellent care and support to our son and the wider family. The carers always take time to ensure that his needs are met as well as having a chat and sharing a joke with him.

This agency supported my mum in the last couple of months of her life.
We didn't have carers visiting we had angels. The care staff were amazing not only did they support my mum, they also supported us as a family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the communication between the agency was 1st
class.
Carers were always on time and we, as family, were involved in all decision making. It got to a point that we knew mum's carers well as she always had regular care staff, funny to say this but we looked forward to their visits as it felt like family were visiting. Carers always treated my mum with the utmost respect. I cannot thank this agency enough for the support that we received. Forever grateful this agency deserves a rating of 10 stars.

Mum has used the services of Platinum Care for some time now. The carers are thoughtful, considerate, conscientious and kind. Mum is wholly comfortable with them and there seems to be a small core of team members who regularly attend Mum's needs. This continuity is reassuring for both Mum and the
family, especially as Mum has memory problems. The care team will inform us if medications have not been delivered, or if Mum is running short of personal toiletries etc. As a family, this reassures us, especially as we don't live local to Mum. The only criticism we have is that Platinum Care were unable to provide care where Mum-In -law resides; following recent hospital stay, they were our first choice to facilitate her care needs post-discharge. We have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Care and their care team to anyone and hope their high standards of care provision/communication continue.

The service received has been very good and made me feel more confident to remain safe within my own home. Over the last 2-3 years, I have come to know many of the carers personally and built up a good level of trust and support, particularly important to me as I am registered blind.
