Without exception all the carers have been very kind and very well trained and always take great care of him. When I have had occasion to phone the office they are always very helpful. I would certainly recommend Bluebird.
The carer came to be resident to care for my friend, when she leaves on Friday 18.7.25 she will have been with then ten days. She has more than been thrown in at the deep end, and has caught up with all the requirements very quickly. She is quite charming very caring, and privacy is her priority for my friend, I would be very pleased if she would look after me, when the time comes, she is very well presented and tidy.
Bluebird staff are polite, professional and provide a service that is second to none. They are hardworking, and my mother and I look forward to seeing them each week. They really outstanding.

Required care to look after my 92 year father after the death of his wife, who had really been looking after him for a number of years. My father does not have dementia, but has never been involved in looking after the household or food preperation. We started with 1 hour of care in the mornings & 1/2 hour evenings every day. From day 1 the carers were very good & empathetic, however my father has an active social life, and he was often not around in the evenings. Bluebird was really co-operative in modifying the care package after 2 weeks to drop the evening visits & to change the timings of the morning to a more practical time. We want to do everything to enable my father to continue living it his own home, and this early experience gives us confidence that, as his care needs will inevitably increase, Bluebird will be flexible to adjust to any changing circumstances
I approached Bluebird Care when I felt my mother needed some extra support that I was unable to give. From my first contact with Bluebird they have been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I have needed to contact them. The carers are doing an excellent job at helping Mum in the mornings and go above and beyond to look after her . I would highly recommend Bluebird Care .
We have appreciated the "Live-in" care support and skill being provided to my Mother following a Stroke in November. She has made a significant recovery which is partly down to the support, care and compaignionship of her Carers. In particular the staff have enabled my Mother to retain a good degree of independence creating a safe environment with support so that she can continue to live in her own home.
Highly recommended care company. We currently have a live in carer from Bluebird, plus carers from the same company visiting 4 times a day to assist with personal care/movement. All the staff and carers are wonderful - polite, reliable and, importantly kind and caring. Our mum continues to thrive and it is a relief to know she is well looked after when we can't be with her 24/7.
The carers were all lovely , kind and helpful. My only critisism was their lack of knowledge re catheters, some more so than others. I felt this was due to a lack of training. A difficult subject but a very important one for the infirm elderly.

The service we have had from the Bluebird ladies and gents has invariably been of a very high standard. They have been extremely helpful and with a generally positive attitude. Bluebird Care's support has made it possible to live independently in our own flat. I would certainly recommend them to others looking for home care support.
My husband has now been receiving daily care from Bluebird, to get him, washed and dressed, for about three months. All the carers over that period have been extremely pleasant and arrive with a cheerful smile. They are very kind and efficient and my husband enjoys his chats with them each morning. The management team in the office looks after us well. I appreciate the fact that they are there to advise and answer queries, should we have any, and they check regularly with us that all is going well with the care package and that our needs are being met. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird.
It took a while for us to choose a care provider for our mum, but we decided to settle with Bluebird Care. Best decision we made. The care team have been very supportive, and mum now looks forward to their visit. Any problems we have, we just give them a call or email and are able to resolve them.
I needed to set up care for my aunt, who is reluctant to ask for assistance. I was worried that the idea of setting up care support would be rejected, but the team at Bluebird have been very responsive and immediately understood the right approach to take, which was gentle and patient. I have found the Bluebird Care experience to be entirely positive. The assessment process was very thorough and the care itself has met my needs fully. My various carers have been friendly, helpful and very sympathetic to my needs. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone requiring at- home care.
Bluebird have looked after my dad for over 3 years until he passed away in December. They called in twice a day and the care and support he received was first class the whole time. Not only did they provide physical care but also emotional support as my dad missed his wife (my mum) since she passed away 5 years ago. As the years went on dads health deteriorated and they would flag this with their managers and within a day they had notified my dad's GP who would ensure then come out and asses my dad. If they were not happy they would again take this up with the GP, they definitely went above and beyond every time with his care. My dad passed away after spending 2 weeks in hospital and when it was his funeral his carer came to the funeral and you could see how much she genuinely missed my dad. I recommend Bluebird 100% and will always be grateful for the care and love you showed my dad.
I cannot thank the team enough for the care and service they have provided. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and had a kind approach to what has been an unsettling, stressful time. Thanks again.

The carers from Bluebird Care are absolutely excellent. They are great with Mum (who has Alzheimer's), kind and professional throughout. We initially had a few teething problems with the admin, communication and organisation of timings, hence the four-star rather than five-star review. However, Bluebird has always responded/resolved any questions/queries or changes/amendments quickly. I would highly recommend them to look after your family.
