My sister has been treated with care and consideration by RV Extra Care - Surrey. The only problem has been supply of tablets by chemist which is inconsistent and a real problem for the nurses.

I am very happy with the care I receive which is excellent. I have carers every day first thing. The carers are all very efficient, come on time and very caring in what they do for me. They are also very cheerful when they come in and that gets me going for the rest of the day ahead. In bad weather
this winter they always came which I appreciated.

I am happy with the service. The staff are kind and helpful. I enjoy the company in the morning. Having my call time in advance is really helpful. I can plan my day around my call times. I find the service reliable and very good. I would recommend RV Extra Care. They take an interest in me as a
person and we talk about what I like.

Good, caring staff. Carers also do my mother's cleaning. This could be more thorough at times. Sometimes breakfast care visit is a bit late.
