The only problem has been supply of tablets by chemist which is inconsistent and a real problem for the nurses.
The girls at RV Extra Care are pleasant and helpful with my mother who can be challenging at times.
I am very happy with the care I receive which is excellent. I have carers every day first thing. The carers are all very efficient, come on time and very caring in what they do for me. They are also very cheerful when they come in and that gets me going for the rest of the day ahead. In bad weather this winter they always came which I appreciated.
I am very happy with all the help and services here. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
They take an interest in me as a person and we talk about what I like.
I am very pleased with the help RV Extra Care - Surrey are giving me. They are caring, pleasant to have in the home and a great joy.
I have had a care for the five years since I have been here. I have always found the carers experienced and caring.
Carers also do my mother's cleaning. This could be more thorough at times.
Sometimes breakfast care visit is a bit late.
