The care was good on the day I needed help, but I have twice been let down on providing care on a Saturday even though nothing was said when I booked the care. The last one was at 4 days notice which gave me insufficient time to arrange for somebody else to cover and meant I have to cancel my
plans to meet up with friends.

My daughter is always treated with dignity and respect her wishes and choices are always considered. The carers are respectful to other family members who live with her and not intrusive. We always feel that we can discuss a problem and it will be resolved. My daughter receives first class care and
looks forward to the visits as all the carers are friendly and approachable. The support that she and myself had when my daughter had her cancer treatment was above and beyond their duties I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We as a family are extremely grateful for the care your company provides. My mother aged 91 can remain in her home and keep her independence with the structure of a daily visit giving her the routine she needs.

Unique Homecare have improved my quality of life. I feel a lot happier since I've had my carers coming to help me. They brighten up my day and make sure I have everything I need. All my carers are wonderful and cheerful. The office are approachable and always available if I need anything. I love
Unique and everyone that works there. Can't thank them enough for what they have done for me since having my stroke.

Unique took over my wife's care package in September and the standard of care she has received is much better. I think she has improved massively since the carers from Unique have been coming. They communicate with her and I can trust them completely. I am satisfied with the visit times. Unique are
very reliable. Having regular carers is very important for my wife due to her dementia and she really likes them all. The office staff try their best to accommodate.

Very good. I get the care I need, when needed. A little disappointed with the app as it can show up numerous start times for the same visit, so I'm unsure of when someone is turning up. But no complaints about the care given and I like that I get the same people.

We were recommended to use Unique Homecare Services by the daughter of a former Client. We invited them to meet the family last year so we could form our own opinion of them. At that point, it seemed that in-home care may be needed in subsequent months, but it wasn't inevitable. In April this year,
we suddenly did need home care. And after a quickly arranged meeting, the service started only a few days later, whereas some other care companies (we had to try others as we needed support quickly) couldn't even come for an initial chat for a week or two, and quoted that they would only start to provide care another week or two after that. We are so glad that Unique Homecare Services was able to provide care and start so quickly. They have been visiting twice a day, 7 days a week. A couple of the carers in particular really stood out. Thank you. We are very pleased to now make the same recommendation that was previously given to us.

Each morning I am greeted by a happy, smiling face. I am showered, dressed and looked after with dignity. The carers are only too pleased to help my wife with any household chores. A well-trained, polite and helpful team.

Overall, there has only been one carer that we did not like. The remainders have been very helpful and easy to get on with.

In general, most staff are excellent and very caring. Some could do with more cookery experience. In general, communication with management is poor and organisation seems very last minute. I know changes occur but planning for the week should not be occurring a couple of days before the start of the
week.

Mum has been having morning visits Monday to Friday for the past twelve months. Both carers involved are extremely pleasant, willing and helpful. They are conscientious about hygiene, wearing PPE and are both very kind and caring. They have helped Mum to maintain her independence and remain in her
own home when recovering from a stroke. Thank you.

I am totally happy and satisfied with my carer and helper, she is totally dependable, efficient and I would not be able to cope with daily living at eighty nine years, without her. Apart from her help and dependability, she has become a friend and someone I look forward to seeing each day.

Unique Homecare Services Ltd provide an excellent service. My mother has had care provided for more than 2 years and, apart from exceptional circumstances due to the first COVID lockdown, has had the same, very professional and warm cover 7 days a week. An excellent service!

I have had this care company since around February this year. I am so pleased to be a client of Unique. They support me so I can live a full life. So different from other care providers I have had. The people are helpful and friendly nothing is too much. And the management is great.

Unique has been supporting my 77-year-old mother who lives in sheltered housing and has Alzheimer's. They have been first class and have very good consistency in carer attendance which really helps mum. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great service.

The girls are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much for them. They try to help as much as possible.

We have found the carers to be friendly, efficient and reliable. Even during the pandemic, the service has been maintained with carers using protection, so I have felt confident that my mother is safe.
