The wonderful team at Greenwood always show my Dad the best care and support. Dad has 2 visits a day which is a great comfort and help to my mum. The small group of ladies that rotate for my dad's care really do care! They have connected with not just my Dad but my brother and I too. They have
understood when times have been hard and are sensitive and compassionate to all the family.

Greenwood carers have given my mother excellent care for the past four years.
Initially my mother benefited from live in care and was able to feel comfortable within her own home. The carers were kind, and very supportive and I always felt reassured when I visited, because Mum was relaxed and happy
and enjoying their company .
In the summer of 2025, we moved Mum to live with me and my husband and Greenwood helped me care for her by giving morning and evening visits.
Throughout I have felt the communication between their staff and our family has been very good, and it was always team work between us to ensure Mum had the right personal care , including helping me identify Mum's increasing medical needs.

Greenwood have been helping me care for my husband in our own home since October 2025, & we are very pleased with the care he is receiving. Each carer who comes is very kind, patient & competent, treating my husband with respect & allowing him to keep his dignity as much as possible.
They never let us down when they are under pressure, or the weather is really bad - you can be sure the carer will arrive. I recommend
this company without reservation.

Greenwood's have been caring for my husband since Feb 25 .
They are very quick at replying and responding to e mails and adapting the care needed due to my husband's deteriorating condition.
They are very supportive.
Carers are all very kind and professional.
I would definitely recommend them .

Greenwood look after my father in his own home meaning he can remain there. They have been incredibly adaptable with his deteriorating condition and changed the care he has been given and the times he is visited without a fuss or hassle.
They have been very good when he has been unwell, making sure
medical professionals are called and that we are kept up to date on everything.
The communication is excellent, I do wonder if they ever sleep!
Having them look after my father is a huge weight of my mind, I feel confident that I will be notified of any issues (even down to him not wanting breakfast) and that they will work with us to find a solution to help him.

Greenwood Homecare provide care for my 92 year old mother who wishes to remain in her family home. The care that they provide is excellent, not only at the point of delivery, but with their background service. We recently had an incident where my mother had a fall. I was able to telephone the out of
hours service and a carer was sent to assist my mother very quickly. This helped to reassure mother that further assistance was on its way.
I highly recommend Greenwood Homecare. We have been using their service for three years now and have had very few issues.

My mother-in-Law is cared for in her own home by the Greenwood care team.
We as a family do appreciate the high standard of care the team provide.
We have a visit from the team four times a day to manage her needs.
This is done with a warm welcome. A caring smile.
As my mother-in-laws
requirements change with age and illness, the care Manager is always on hand to review her package, talk to the family and ease our concerns.
Their paperwork and email service is efficient and the office always on hand to advice and help.
We very much appreciate Greenwood Care and would recommend to anyone finding them self in need of care as we have.

The care given to my friend from the overall company and Carers over the years has been outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble and any concerns raised were dealt with professionally and efficiently. They were not just Carers to my friend but she saw them as friends and looked forward to all
visits. Any concerns Carers had were immediately reported to myself by the office staff who were always helpful and reassuring.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed Care at home.

Greenwood care has exceeded my expectations of a care package. The carers have engaged with my mum making the experience something to look forward to rather than something to be tolerated. They have respected the property and always leave the home clean and tidy. Likes and dislikes have been
accommodated with professionalism and a friendly manner. The attention to detail ensured a smooth transition from hospital to home. As mum has improved in health the carers have allowed her to become more independent and to take more responsibility for her own needs that have enabled her to regain her self respect and dignity. Flexibility from the management team has enabled me to tweak the care needs and timings as required by the situation.

The care received by a particular staff member was fantastic, her company looked after my husband for 7 months. The hospital gave him weeks due to immunotherapy problems. This staff member and the physio worked to get him well, he is now almost back to his old self. However, at some point in the
future, the cancer will come back and I would not hesitate to ask them again for 24-hour care. Many thanks to you all.

After a bumpy start with carers, we came across Greenwoods, who cared for my mother for the last three years of her life and I can confidently say that my mother saw them as good friends and people she could trust. She felt happy and safe with the carers, which was an enormous relief to myself,
brothers and sister, along with the fact that we were kept updated on any ongoing concerns, medical or not. I found them to be totally honest, trustworthy and very approachable. Due to my mother's illness, there was the odd occasion where we unexpectedly needed help quickly and suffice to say Greenwood's shone through. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this company and would not hesitate to recommend Greenwoods to absolutely anybody in need of care.

Greenwood have been looking after my elderly father since 2018 and the service they provide is above and beyond. My father has dementia and they visit him 3 times a week and always go above and beyond their services to make my father comfortable and secure. Would highly recommend this company to

Dad and I were impressed with the Greenwood team right from the initial consultation, they made him feel very comfortable about daily care and how everything would work. Once care started they very quickly established a routine and helped Dad feel at ease with it. They assigned a regular team so Dad
got to know his carers and who was coming on what day. The team were professional, kind and approachable. The management team supported us whenever there was an emergency or unexpected matter to deal with. We are very grateful to the team for the care and support they gave our parents during end-of-life care.

I live in Dorset but was visiting my elderly father. During my stay I met a lovely carer provided by Greenwood Homecare at his home. She arrived at lunch time, was extremely attentive to my father's needs whilst also being warm and friendly. I was so impressed. I'm delighted and feel reassured that
Greenwood Homecare are providing care services to my father so he can remain independent in his own home.

The help and care my mother received at short notice has been excellent. She was very nervous about a stranger coming to care for her but need not have worried. My mother especially liked one care helper. Excellent communication with the care manager.

I have been really pleased with the service provided by Greenwood Homecare.
My wife has Alzheimer's and I needed to arrange care for her while I went to the hospital every weekday for cancer treatment over a period of 4 weeks. Therefore I was not just looking for professional and caring carers for
my wife, but also a dependable and punctual service so I did not miss any of my appointments.
Like a previous reviewer, I have experience of other care providers from when my father was alive.
Greenwood Homecare proved to be far better than my previous experiences. The carers made every effort to help my wife and make sure I could leave in time for the hospital appointments. Equally, the "back office" support was always friendly, efficient and helpful.
As my wife's condition deteriorates and I need more help in the future Greenwood Homecare will definitely remain my first choice.

I worked in international foreign exchange and banking delivering excellence. I've had poor support from other care providers but find Greenwood excellent.
I'd be interested to see how they continue to provide such excellence and still make a profit!
