Asked SureCare to cover extra care that I couldn't get at the time. It turned out to be temporary but we didn't know that at the time. They were just what we needed, and I can't praise them highly enough. Thank you.

There can be a difference in service levels depending on the carer. Some do what they're asked to (not good with dementia as told to do the same things when not needed but still do it!). There are some brilliant carers who do everything needed and take time to talk - very important.

SureCare is excellent in all aspects of my care. They are very approachable and go the extra mile when asked if I need something. Nothing is too much trouble.

The personal assistant is caring towards my son. He loves being in her company and looks forward to her coming to support him. She takes over his care, so I have no worries. Overall, I am happy with the care and support we receive.

My mother has been generally happy with the care received from SureCare. Good communication at all times. We have mainly had the same carers, which helps for continuity of care. They have tried to accommodate meals and individual needs. The girls are always polite, attentive and friendly. Generally,
we are pleased and would recommend.

I have found SureCare and its carers to be an excellent company that provides outstanding care for my mum. A small team of three or four carers do all her personal care reliably and with compassion. The manager is very approachable and always available on the phone. They give me peace of mind, and

We were very happy with the care given to our elderly mother during the last 8-months. She was always treated with kindness and consideration for her needs. We always found the carers to be reliable and punctual.

Nice, personal carers, sensitive to needs, listen to instructions, friendly, accommodation, respectful, treated as an individual, as a real normal person rather than an object or a number or case title. The carers demonstrate utmost trust and respect in me and my needs.

The staff allocated to my mother went above and beyond to ensure she was cared for so she could remain living at home.
They became her friends and ensured all her needs were met until she sadly passed away.
