We have been extremely impressed with the standard of service which our daughter is receiving. The staff are friendly, punctual and thorough. Our daughter feels very relaxed with your carers and she is an anxious person. Many thanks.

We have employed Millies for seven months their support of my parents has been immeasurable. My parents mental health has declined across this period, but the support has helped us through this issue. We have also been impressed by the communication. Any issues will be relayed to us on the day, and
this has also given us comfort that my parents are being taken cared of thank you.

Really caring & friendly staff; always on time. Excellent back office communication when carers are delayed.
I particularly liked seeing the same staff at each visit; very little change of familiar faces which is very important.

Millie's have been helping with care for my mum for a while now. They have always been very understanding and patient with mum's needs. Mum wouldn't have anyone else and they always seem to be there for us when we need them.

We employed Millie's to help out with mealtime /bedtime visits to my father who had just come out of hospital.
The whole team were very helpful from staff in the office and the carers themselves. They are a local agency so everything is very personal and it's a smaller team where you can build up
relationships more quickly. Millie's have always been very supportive and accommodating. The carers seem very caring and helpful and do what is asked. It was helpful having a team of regular carers rather than a different person every visit, which happens with the bigger agencies. Very pleased with Millie's and would definitely recommend them to others

Millies Care and Support Agency have been fantastic in organising the care for my nan. From the very first day of contact we had an assessment with one of their team and even got carers in that same evening.
All of them have been so lovely and my nan has really enjoyed having them come in
everyday. We have seen a real positive change in her since having them take over her care.
Would highly recommend!

Millies were tremendously helpful to our family in the last weeks of my father's life when my mother needed assistance in caring for him at home. They were always warm and compassionate to both my parents, yet utterly professional in carrying out the intimate tasks as required. The team were
flexible and responsive and we were fully supported throughout. An outstanding service which I highly recommend. Thank you Millies.

Each of the carers was prompt, polite, and highly professional. They did what we asked, and we were fully satisfied with the service they provided.
They focused on providing a shower each evening, which was pleasant and satisfying.

Millies have been part of the care team for Mum since June. In these six months, Mum has really enjoyed being with the Millies team. Every possible care is taken with all details of Mum's service, and despite very trying, challenging and difficult realities, Mum is full of fun, joy and happiness,

I have been very happy with all the Millies carers and service over the years. They have given me security, friendly conversation, fed me well and lovely walks in the gardens. On occasion, they have taken me for a coffee or to the garden centre. Most of the girls have been lovely and kind people.

Millies Care and Support Agency are amazing!
I have dealt with many care agencies and Millies has been by far the best.
They are so caring and personal, the lady they were looking after even received a get well soon card in hospital from them.
When someone is at their most vulnerable stage in
life they need a person who can be caring and attentive to their individual needs and Millies definitely do this, you can see they genuinely care about what they do.
