The whole team were very helpful from staff in the office and the carers themselves. They are a local agency so everything is very personal and it's a smaller team where you can build up relationships more quickly. Millie's have always been very supportive and accommodating. The carers seem very caring and helpful and do what is asked. It was helpful having a team of regular carers rather than a different person every visit, which happens with the bigger agencies.
