Overall Experience

I find most of the carers pleasant and helpful and I look forward to their visits every day. The only criticism is I never know what time to expect them e.g. mornings can be anything from 9.00 am to 10.45 am.

Overall Experience
Millie’s provided outstanding care for my mother, the staff are amazing and become part of the family. My mum was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and she felt loved by all her carers. They supported mum and us at the end-of-life care, nothing was too much trouble and always took time to ask other family members were we ok.

Would highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent care.

Overall Experience

The carers who looked after my mother with domestic care during the past year were all friendly, professional and supportive. They knew my mother well and she enjoyed their visits. Millies carers recently provided outstanding end-of-life care in an extremely supportive, sensitive and caring way.

Overall Experience

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. My mum has a regular carer who she loves. The carer always does what is required and more. If I have had to contact the office by email I have always received a reply very promptly. I keep a notebook in the tin where mum's tablets are locked away. The carer leaves a note if I need to be told anything, and vice versa.

Overall Experience
No hesitation in recommending Millies.

Our mother was in her late eighties and started needing both physical and personal care and also company as she couldn't get out as she used to. Millies were recommended and proved to be the perfect solution. Their staff were all well trained, never let us down and very skilled in personal care. She enjoyed their visits as always bright and cheerful people.

Millies Care and Support team are wonderful. My mum is always helped with great care and dignity. also great kindness.
She very much enjoys the chats that they share, and Millies staff also ask my dad how he is. This is very much appreciated by us all. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Millies are an excellent home care support agency and I am most grateful to them. All their carers are well trained and adapt to their client's individual needs. They cared for my husband for some years before he died and my family are very thankful that Millies are now looking after me.

Overall Experience

Millies have been attending to our mother for several years now with home visits both mornings and evenings. Some of these visits have not been easy for Millies but I am very happy to say that they, and their individual carers, have risen to any 'challenges' on every occasion. We cannot fault their caring skills, 'sunny' personalities and their ability to be both caring and firm when necessity requires. Over and above this, the professional and friendly relationship between Millies, their carers and the whole of our family is second to none. On behalf of both our mother and the whole family, I cannot rate Millies highly enough.

Overall Experience

The care and support that we have received from Millies Care for both our parents has been, and contiues to be, very supportive. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone at Millies are kind and loving towards our father, making him feel number on eat all times. He now looks forward to his visits to brighten his long lonely days.

Overall Experience

My mother received care from Millies for several years. Initially, twice a day, increasing to four times as her care needs required, then finally Millies providing end of life care for her. My mother enjoyed seeing the carers and developed good relationships with them. She found the reliable and respectful to her. I witnessed the care they gave my mother when I was with her for her last days. They seem fond of her, always explaining what they were about to do as regards her personal care and checking she was alright. I was very impressed by them and felt supported.

Overall Experience

Having to admit I couldn't manage to care for Mum on my own in her own home was a very anxious time. If only I has known about Millies Care and Support sooner. The carers have enabled Mum to live independently, happy, safe and comfortable. They treat Mum with the utmost respect and kindness and are always professional and courteous. We consider them extended family. Thank you Millies, you make Mum's life so much better.
