The ladies from Finch Support Services looked after my mother for two years. They cared for my mother with tact and compassion and ensured that mum was comfortable, well groomed and dressed. Thanks to their care mum was able to stay in her beloved flat until the end. They gave me support and
comfort after mum had died, chatting about her over the phone and in a condolence card from the team. Thank you.

Could not be more pleased with my carer and with Finch Support Services. The carers are great, I have no problems with them nor with the company as they all listen to what I say. Congratulations, they keep this client happy and you keep in touch which I have never had before.

Always polite, dressed well and hardworking. The ladies do a very good job, Mother is 92 and can be a handful but they never complain. I am very happy with them.

Finch provided excellent, compassionate care for my bed-ridden Mother. They were thoroughly professional and patient. They dealt with a range of issues with kindness and skill. Communication with them was easy and helpful. They handled the complex needs of my Mother with a smile while also liaising
with the medical personnel when needed. They also offered a lot of support and comfort for me during my Mothers's last months. They kept excellent records of their work during every visit including food, drink, medicine, etc. The palliative doctor was impressed by their diligence. We felt blessed and lucky to have them and had full confidence.

Almost all the carers have been caring, friendly, flexible and professional. They have managed to fit in around a busy household without a problem. Staff at the office have also always been helpful.
One small thing, it would be helpful to know at what time we can expect each visit.

I do love the carers that I have coming to me. They take the time to ask me how I am if I want anything throughout their call to look after me.
Please stop sending new people without asking me first.
Saying that, I have had joy with my carers each and every one of them.

My husband is treated with the utmost respect and care. Everyone is very polite and goes about their work (which is sometimes quite challenging) with good humour and in the most professional manner. My husband has aphasia and cannot complete forms.

The manager visited the house the first day a carer was made responsible. Gave advice where necessary. Her overall visits were four. In between these visits, her assistants also visited. Complaints were dealt with speedily.

My sister-in-law has been in the care of Finch Support Services in her flat for a couple of years now after her stroke.
The care manager has been truly magnificent in supporting my sister-in-law. She responds sympathetically and quickly to any issues we raise and has often got her own ideas to
resolve problems that arise.
Her team of carers have always been great too despite my sister-in-law not always being the easiest of people to support.
Thank you to the manager and thank you, Finch.

We used Finch Support Services for four years and found them excellent, especially this year when my husband condition deteriorated. We had a double-up team for four times a day and they made an amazing difference to my husband's and our quality towards the end of my husband's life. Thank you, Finch
and the Carers.

Finch Support Services have provided an excellent service to my family.
Carers went out of their way to ensure that my mother was comfortable.
The care and love shown have been consistent.
I would recommend them to friends and family.

We are only a few weeks into our use of Finch Support Services, but what a difference they have made. We can now relax each day knowing that our mum has received caring and attentive visitors who have made her a hot meal, looked after her and even had a few pampering sessions. Whilst Mum's condition
means she doesn't remember the carers or their visits, she subconsciously looks out for them and her mood has noticeably lifted once they have been in. This is a superb service and the girls who look after Mum are nothing short of angels.
