Eidyn Care have been my father's carers for the last 6 months and we are extremely pleased with the level of care and service provided. Every member of staff goes out their way to provide a top class professional service at all times and in most instances deliver "over and above" expectations.
As
well as providing the necessary care elements, every carer has taken the time to get to know my father and he looks forward to their visits and social interactions
From a family viewpoint I'd like to say a big thank you for helping us step back a little bit and regain some personal time with full confidence that my father is in good hands.

Carers for my mother are all very friendly, caring and extremely helpful. This has been the case since my mother's care started over a year ago, thanks. My mother enjoys seeing the carers every day and always tells us that she likes them all.

I have had Eidyn Care coming for over 7 years.

Ultra reliable -have never not turned up

Sadly, my mother is now no longer cared for by Eidyn and double sadly as she only had them for part of 2025. while being cared for by a plethora of unfit organizations that infect home care in Edinburgh. therefore, i clearly state that Eidyn care is not only the gold standard but the only standard
in my experience. use them !!!!

The most caring and considerate people I have met in terms of level of care . Patient , kind , humorous , and always willing to go the extra mile . We could not have asked for more and are truly grateful .

Very good service and my carers are lovely she is very good at her job you can see and feel she wants to help and be there for you.All the other staff I have met are very nice and help full. This us all I can comment on as I have only been with this company a few month so do not know much more.

Eidyn Care provide a high level of care to both my parents. The carers are professional, caring and always willing to help, and the admin staff are always quick to reply and sort any requirements, even if it's last minute. Communication is also excellent. I would highly recommend this fantastic
care provider, and I don't know what we'd do without them.

My wife has received care from Eidyn Care for over seven years. In all this time the quality and standard of care has been excellent and the staff providing the care have always maintained a highly professional, cheerful and literally caring service. We regard visits by carers as part of an ongoing
friendship where mutual interest in families, holidays, music and so on can be enjoyed. If asked we would not hesitate to highly recommend Eidyn Care.

Carers and administrative staff are all fantastic, caring, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Eidyn were recommended to me and I would recommend them also. They have been an invaluable support over the last few years to my dad but also to me.

Excellent service for my sister who has MS and is wheelchair-bound. Carer takes her out once a week, she looks forward to it so much as some weeks that's her only outing. Every week she tells me how much she's enjoyed herself.

We discovered Eidyn Care in August 2019, and simply haven’t looked back! They are the best care company that I know of. All the girls are extremely kind, caring, honest, helpful, and reliable. With the onset of Covid recently, the management team have been excellent. It has been very useful to
receive updates and know of the constant changes that were needed.
My Mum is very happy with all the girls and knows that she is extremely fortunate to have their assistance. We, as a family also feel very blessed, as it is enabling Mum to remain in her own home. Thank you Eidyn Care.

I’m very happy to say that the standards of Eidyn Care have remained consistently high. The year has been particularly difficult under the circumstances of the COVID virus for the carers and all credit must go to them. They never faulted with the care and compassion.

Eidyn Care has provided exceptional care for my sister-in-law, who lives alone and needs 24-hour care. The carers work together as a team to ensure her needs are met and to provide a range of stimulating activities. They have been able to adapt very quickly to her changing care needs, and the family
feel very much supported. For example, they have arranged care at short notice where family illness has meant extra cover was needed. Communication is excellent, and we know that we can easily contact them if needed. Their management of the Covid situation has been excellent with cover continuing throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I know when I'm out and about, my husband is well cared for. He enjoys being taken out by the carers for his hot chocolate. So far, we have met five carers, all bringing the same level of care. I come home to find lots of wee jobs done, carpets vacuumed, washing machine on, dishwasher emptied, and a
content husband.

Eidyn Care provides us with a bespoke service and my dad’s care is definitely tailored to his needs. The girls have taken time to get to know him and are always happy to go that bit extra when required.

During the Pandemic, it has been a lifeline for my mother to have carers from Eidyn Care. We live around 90 minutes away and supporting mum daily would be challenging, particularly as my husband is going through cancer treatment. On the occasions when we have met with carers, usually when delivering
meals for mum, we've both been extremely impressed by their care and professionalism.
My mother very much enjoys the company of the carers and the support they provide. It gives her a focus and also a 'raison d'etre.' It's encouraging to hear that they are supporting mum leaving her flat for short walks.

Excellent care for my dad. Staff, both office and carers, are great and they are always thinking of what would be best for my dad to enable him to stay happily in his house. Very proactive and solution-focused. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Eidyn Care.

Very good service and my carers are lovely she is very good at her job you can see and feel she wants to help and be there for you.All the other staff I have met are very nice and help full. This us all I can comment on as I have only been with this company a few month so do not know much more.
