I have the best carers ever looking after my Mum. They show care compasion and understanding with their service user. I feel reassured as the relative with responsibility of mums care that she has a good quality of life.

The carers were very proffessional, looked after my mother with respect and kindness and always had time to speak to her and us about her needs and how she was.
The only thing I would say is that the carers using public transport were sometimes late but overall a good experience. I would use it
again.

My experience with Heritage Healthcare has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. On a recent occasion, the carers assigned to my mother were over an hour and a half late for their scheduled visit, which nearly resulted in a life-threatening situation for her.
My mother, who suffers from
severe health conditions including stroke, lung damage, dementia, relies on timely care for her well-being. Despite the scheduled visit time being 7am, by 8:30 am, no carers had arrived. Instead, NHS workers discovered her in a critical state, with dangerously low oxygen levels and blood sugar due to not receiving her medications and meals on time.
When I contacted the manager, for explanation, her response was shockingly indifferent, suggesting that they couldn't guarantee arrival times and didn't have additional staff to assist. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering it's not an isolated incident; they have been consistently late more than 15 times a month.

We have had a really positive experience with this company. The staff are excellent. When we have had issues these have been dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

Above and beyond amazing. I could never thank Heritage enough. I'm not particularly old, mid to late 40s.
Their care and understanding helps me through my very difficult times and I couldn't find the right words to thank them enough.
I've got a long way to go but with their help and gentle
guidance, I will get there.

However, my rating was only lower because of the contact centre operator. The care is amazing! The head office is terrible.
I telephoned the head office number and spoke to a lady who was clearly working from home (could hear her managing the children whilst talking to me) so I telephoned with a very important reason and it was dismissed. (I'd soiled my bed) was not taken with any importance or even acknowledged.
Their wonderful staff did help me on arrival when I asked.
But when telephone head office, listening to a children's play centre in the background and getting paid for it! Terrible.

Extremely good arrival time/fulfil allocated care time.
Huge amount of dignity and respect to my Mum.
Extremely good communication between carers.
Carers work together as a team and communicate.
Full requested personal care/medications given.
Use all equipment which is provided slide sheet etc.
Leave room tidy/equipment put away etc.
Paperwork filled in properly.
Communication excellent from management.

Professional, caring carers who are punctual. They treat my mum with respect and have built a good rapport with her. My mother is comfortable with them and I feel relaxed when they are here. They have built a relationship with the family and have become familiar with how we want them to work. The
management has tried their best to cater for mum's needs.

The best thing I could have done for myself and family. I have had nothing but a positive experience with all staff. Right from the manager coming out to see me at home and go through what I expected and was told that should I want anything to just ask, and if possible it would be done. The week
after I started to get very ill and my usual carer had picked up on this and asked me to ring my specialist nurse. I didn't. By Tuesday all I could do was groan with pain, and again she urged me to ring my nurse. By Wednesday my oxygen had dropped so badly that I kept going unconscious, although my carer didn't know this. I did ring my nurse and I had to be blue-lighted into hospital where I was still unconscious until the next day. My son was told that had I gone into a full comma I would not have come out of it for certain. So it's thanks to my carer that I am now home and in their very capable hands.

The carers have been excellent over the past two years we have used them. As well as visiting daily to wash and dress my father, they do social calls to allow me to leave the house for hours or even full days at a time. The staff are very caring and even do some housework when all is quiet. Couldn't
do without this service.

The staff are punctual as at times arranged. They are warm and friendly and encourage the user to converse and do not talk at them. They develop the conversation that matter to the client. Also, they advise me on any issues that they notice on their visits.
