We have been using the services of Austen Allen Homecare - Gravesend for over three years now and the care has been outstanding. Mum is housebound and not mobile so relies on the care staff to do everything for her and has since been diagnosed with colon cancer. The professionalism, care and
compassion shown to my mum has been brilliant - nothing is too much trouble. They always keep me informed if there are any problems and at times go over and above. All the care staff have been so very kind I couldn’t ask for more. This also applies to the office staff who are extremely accommodating and attentive to any change. If you are looking for a care provider then please consider Austen Allen.
