What an exceptional time I had for my special friends birthday , total credit to the carer's who were there , we are all sat and felt like a family, his laughter and photos show what a magnificent day he had , whilst I thought they went above and beyond I have spoken to other people and this is the
normal to make everyone feel a million dollars every day with actions , support physically and communication outstanding as part of there daily role , credit to sure care rugby team treating others as they would there own family

We are very pleased with the care from the SureCare team. My mum has carers twice a day. All of the girls are lovely, kind and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble and they have never let us down.
Office staff are great too. Invoicing is clear and easy to check and care plans are regularly
reviewed. They always let us know in advance which carers are coming for the week ahead.
It gives us peace of mind, knowing mum is being looked after so well. Thank you.

I am so pleased with Surecare's ongoing support for my Mum while she learns to deal with the emotional hurdles of memory loss, anxiety and agitation. Mum's regular care staff are always on time and so kind & efficient. We have small photos of them on Mum's fridge to try and jog her memory (provided
by Surecare). It definitely helps takes the pressure off and they're worth every penny. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the Admin staff either and they always send me Mum's weekly care notes. Surecare Rugby are definitely worth 5 stars! Well done and thank you.

The care and dedication provided for our Mother by Tina and her tam are second to none. During her last days the care she received from the team made us feel comfortable she was in the right hands. We engaged Surecare when Mum was first diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we never had any worries or
concerns, the care and treatment was geared just right and was adjusted accordingly as her illness progressed. We could go away on holiday knowing that Mum was in safe hands.

I changed care companies for my mum and chose Sure care instead.I am so happy with the care she receives. The staff are all very friendly and talk to mum lovely and you can see they actually care. They come at a regular time so I can organise myself in the mornings.
Everything is done efficiently
and an extra shout out to Debbie(her main carer) who goes that extra mile and is so kind and treats mum with dignity.
Well done ,keep up the good work team.

Surecare have provided carers for my father for the last few years. They have allowed him to stay in his home by helping him with the tasks he can longer carry out himself. They have never let us down. When we required extra care they responded swiftly.
They also ensured that he had a small team
looking after him so he got to go to know them well and he regarded them as friends. They also did far more than just do their jobs. They looked after him and took care of him.
They did their job so well it took a lot of pressure off me so I could spend time visiting Dad instead of spending all my time sorting things out.

The sure care carer has been heaven sent for my mum. She goes above & beyond to ensure that the care given is never rushed. She is more of a caring friend rather than someone who is being paid for a service.
Since the start of Mum using sure care services the family have had peace of mind that Mum
is receiving excellent care.

We contacted Surecare in June to help my Brother with his personal care and cooking needs. We didn't know then how much we would come to rely on these wonderful ladies. They were so caring to our brother as his health failed rapidly and also to my sister and I. They truly went above and beyond. I

Although my parents were reluctant to have carers initially, the people that come in now from Surecare have become friends. Staff definitely go above & beyond & my parents have genuinely bonded with them. When you put the care of your parents into the hands of someone else, its very
daunting......for everyone....but SureCare have provided real 'care' & bought such joy. We are all thankful to them.

Everyone was always able and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my aunt was kept safe and well.
She really enjoyed their companionship and looked forward to their visits.

My mum was in the late stages of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis when she employed SureCare carers. Initially for just an hour a day to help with laundry and dishwasher loading etc. She was understandably apprehensive but very soon looked forward to her carer's visits. She considered two staff members
in particular to be friends. I noticed how much happier she was. Her condition deteriorated and SureCare set up a care regime with 3 carer visits at incredibly short notice again, so that she could be discharged from hospital. Again despite her apprehension, she adapted well with the new carers now providing more personal care and her meals. She was hospitalised again and we made the decision that she needed a live in carer and again the manager was able to set that up so quickly. Sadly my mum passed away in hospital before discharge. I cannot recommend SureCare enough, from the responsiveness of the managers to the quality and caring nature of their carers, they really made my mum's last few months more comfortable.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the personnel who came into our home from SureCare. Carers were soon put into place exactly when we needed them and were always on time. Extra last-minute requests were met. They managed to keep the number of carers to a minimum and so they soon became part of the
family group, along with my daughter and grandson who looked after my husband. I thank the carers who offered to sit up all night so that my daughter and I could get some sleep.

Having used several care agencies over the past 2 years and not really being 100% confident in their abilities to deliver excellent care, I was really apprehensive about having yet another one care for my uncle. We initially met with a member of staff who came and got to know as much as possible
about how we would like things doing, times of calls etc. The carers who visited to support my uncle were friendly, kind, caring, compasionate, efficient and hardworking. They arrived on time and made sure everything was completed before they left. Sadly my uncle passed away but this was the first care agency he had enjoyed receiving visits from. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for carers for themselves or their families. The communication was fantastic and all my queries were answered straightaway. On the whole, an outstanding company with outstanding staff.

Very happy with the service for my son. He feels safe with the staff and enjoys their company. The staff have been on time and have met all of my son's requests for the activities he wants to do during the holidays.

Mum currently receives care/support for one hour per week with an early morning call for her safety and well-being whilst she showers. She prefers the same carer for continuity purposes, and SureCare has been able to organise this, except in cases of sickness, holiday or the carer having left etc.
Because of a morning call, the carer usually is on time and performs the tasks required of her, except for the way she makes the bed - Mum likes it done in a particular way but is reluctant to criticise or ask the carer to do it 'her' way! To the best of my knowledge, the carers treat Mum with respect and are generally helpful and friendly.

I had been using the services of SureCare Rugby for a few months and had met only a few of the carers since the same people visited each day so that my father could have continuity of care and could get to know the same few people, which appealed to me and to him. In April, I suddenly found that I
needed a lot more input from them. This was provided at extremely short notice and on a bank holiday. All of the carers were friendly, caring and kind, and although some were inevitably more capable than others, all were willing to do whatever was asked of them. They all learned my father's routine, which was important to him as well as to me. At the end of the month, my father's needs changed again, and the team were very understanding and quickly adapted to this change.

SureCare staff supported both my parents with care calls and a live-in carer as Mum’s health deteriorated. My parents received excellent care, and the carers were always kind and very helpful. They took the time and energy to ensure my parents were well cared for. The carers raised concerns with the
office as required, which was very helpful as I live 300 miles away. The office staff were very supportive and helpful with all the arrangements, including increasing or changing the care calls quickly when required. Having such a lovely care agency gave me peace of mind, as I knew any concerns would be brought to my attention and the staff team would go the extra mile to help resolve the situation. Thank you for all the support you've provided. I would recommend SureCare.
