Outstanding service by lone care services really helpful and caring helped my mom a lot with companionship and taking care of herself would definitely recommend it.
Natalie and Glen are so helpful and always there whenever you need them.

I found this company very customer care focus, they listen to my mother and our concerns, are very helpful and responsive. All the carers are very good, always on time, polite and do everything required.

Top staff, they spend quality time with my mum. Excellent service as regards to general chores. Wonderful ladies. Haven't used them for long but extremely impressed. My mother is also very happy with this service.

I am lasting power of attorney for a lady with mental health and mobility difficulties who has had a number of carers from a number of different care companies in the past. She says her Lone Care carers are the best that she has ever had. She says they like her and don't think she is a problem.
I
have found the people in the Lone Care office and the carers very caring, understanding, helpful and professional. I have also found them to be a stabilising influence on the lady I am responsible for. Last week the lady I am responsible for was ill and Lone Care were very flexible, doing different things than normal to support her.
Having Lone Care look after the lady has been reassuring for me and taken a weight off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend Lone Care to anyone in my situation, and for anyone with mental health and mobility difficulties.

Service provided by Lone Care Services is quite satisfactory. Carers are almost very honest and pleasant and treat the client with respect and dignity. 90% of the time they are punctual. Most of the carers are clean and pleasant.

They have been looking after my mum for over 5 months and have friendly staff and they sort out any issues quickly and are available to discuss care at all times. Trustworthy and secure service. Would recommend to anyone needing help with care.

My mother receives care from the agency three times a day. She has Alzheimer's and lives in our home and has received care from the agency for approximately 3 and a half years. The carers support with her daily personal care as well as offer companionship. Mum has a main carer visiting daily, and a
number of other carers who provide care. We are extremely impressed with the care offered. The carers are friendly and approachable. They support Mum with professionalism and are calm and caring. They are able to deal with changes in Mum’s care needs. Mum enjoys their company and seems relaxed in their presence.

My 95-year-old father has been looked after by Lone Care Services since 2019. This by far has been a difficult year for everyone I cannot speak highly enough about the carers that look after Dad on a daily basis, always willing to do whatever he wants done that day, he looks forward to seeing them
and having a friendly chat. If they are concerned about his health etc I am always contacted. I am confident that Dad is safe and happy and that gives me great peace of mind.

My mum has been with Lone Care for some time now and the carers that are in attendance have excelled in their delivery of duty and care. Each carer has gone above and beyond in their role as carers. The service provided as given my family much comfort and confidence that my mum has been cared for in
the correct manner. To date, the carers in place are an asset to this agency and the office staff have been extremely supportive in assuring the consistency of its carers. Thank you!

The carer that looks after my dad is a diamond. The carer is extremely caring and nothing is too much trouble and everything is done to a high standard. The staff in the office are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Agency.

My Mother has had 3 other care agencies over the last 3 years, all promising trained and experienced staff! Then in early 2020, we changed to Lone Care Services, from the start all the care staff have shown a high level of knowledge and training in the care of my Mother. They are always very polite/
kind and always explain what they are doing and why - this takes away some of my Mother's anxiety.
The care of my mother, who has Alzheimer's, Dementia and is Paranoid is not easy, but the carers from Lone Care Services always show her respect and dignity and I wish I'd known about Lone Care Services from the start of her care.
I would highly recommend Lone Care Services and I have even passed these comments to my local Social Services.

Lone Care provided care for my father upon his return from hospital after major surgery to recover at home. Carers were trained and professional and generally arrived at the requested time. Management was very helpful and flexible with my dad's care needs. Can't thank them enough for their great

Thus far, Kare Plus has proved to be a reliable company. If a carer is indisposed then we are informed as soon as possible whereas in our previous experiences with care companies, we were let down on many occasions without even an explanation or notification.
We really appreciate the efforts of the
administrator and staff to deliver their service.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.
It is important to nurture care staff and make them feel truly valued. Kare Plus tries hard.
Rewards are beneficial. Holiday pay would help a lot. Some companies pay a pittance but care staff have to live and keep their families. I hope the Government will wake up to this fact then more people might join the workforce.
