We are very happy with the carers and the help they give my mother.

I also find my carers very kind, considerate and respectful. They are lovely, sweet girls.

The care staff I have are wonderful but the office often seems to be in some sort of chaos, messing the carers around which leads to them being a little stressed and tired on arrival. I do not blame my carers for this at all, they are fantastic at what they do for me, and I really feel for them.

Following my wife's knee replacement, I needed assistance with my care. Local care services were excellent. Each and every member of staff was helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The staff are mainly good. One exception at present!

The carers are great, always friendly and caring. My only complaint is not rinsing hair with clean water and some of them not putting things back after using, just left for my husband to shift. And using the last pad in pack and leaving empty packet for the next ones to put in bin, also not saying
they have used last ones. Also the timing is not good, moving the times and not letting us know.

We have a couple of lovely carers, we have one who we love the most she's great goes above and beyond for my mother-in-law. All other carers are great, we like it when they come chat and have a brew with mother-in-law while I'm out working, we're very happy with the service provided.

All the carers went above and beyond to care for my day and they became an extended family to my dad, couldn't have kept my dad at home without them. The carers were often there at short notice if I needed them and they all treated my dad just like their own.

What a fantastic group of people that work here. We’ve had their service now for almost two years, and the relationship has grown. My mum has more carers now, and they offer my mum compassion and care. They also provide support for me too as her only relative who cares for her too. This is
invaluable. I can’t praise the team enough and would highly recommend them.

Lovely carers who my father-in-law trusts and likes. Any issues that I have had to raise have been dealt with quickly and resolved professionally. The carers have gone above and beyond in the care they give to my father in law. Thank you.
