My wife is client of Home care for U. Last December I called Mehfooz Director of Home Care 4 U.
Asked Mehfooz we are going on Holidays In Jan 2026. So he knows not to send our invoice to the Council. We receive Invoice for payments from the Council Jan Feb March Last I week I called Mehfooz the
director to remind him. He said oh we
forgot but Simon will sort it out on Monday. I explained to Mr Mehfooz. I called please forget he replied
" Please don't me" then blocked my mobile number.
I was shocked. Today I called Office to
Remind. The lady answered my call. I said please can you put on to Simon. She replied he's in Meeting. I asked what time he will finish meeting. I don't know ring later. I told her my name but she ignored. I felt she knew soon as I mentioned my name. I was expecting her to take my details as pass on to Simon. Normal
Procedure. I felt this Care Company don't take any notice. Not even out feedback. It's terrible costumer Service.

I have been with Homecare For You for over 10 years now and can honestly say that having had a few other companies previously I am so glad I made the choice to go to Homecare they treat their clients with respect and dignity they always go the extra mile if they can and are always available anytime
for their service users and will always help if any issues regarding care. The company is reliable friendly and honest I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work Homecare!

Both my carer and myself are both on same page our relationships strong and if any changes need doing we both sort it out so every ones happy. When I go shopping I let him know and always puts my shopping away.
