This is a general view of the entire time Cotts Care has been provided for me - my care to date - hasn't been intense or too hard but on reflection of the entire time being with this company is going to be my review. All of the time receiving care has overall been very good, all caregivers new ones,
shadow ones, and main carers have been excellent. But one thing could be looked at - the caregivers being a constant as it makes for a stress-free experience. Especially for someone like me - now having to put my pride/dignity and give it to the caregiver and build a relationship with them.

I am highly impressed by the staff that visit me. They even do my D.I.Y jobs. Like phoning electricity, and managing jobs that I can't do. Highly recommend.

Punctual staff. Pleasant and understanding. A particular member of staff goes above and beyond in his level of care. All carers are respectful. Impressed and a big thank you!

All the carers are very polite and friendly. They are respectful and supportive I don't know what I would do without them a big thank you to you all. They always ask how you are and if there is anything else you need before they leave.

Please pass on my thanks to all the wonderful carers who looked after my Dad, for the last 3 months. He wasn't able to walk due to a broken hip but nothing was too much trouble for them and I always found them to be polite and friendly. On my Dad's last evening, the carers were so kind, working over
the time booked to make sure he was clean and comfortable. Thank you also to the office staff for assistance with the health care claim.

Wonderful right to the end of my mum's life.
The carers were always attentive and caring and often went above and beyond to make my mum's last months as enjoyable as possible. Even when she passed away at home, two particular members of staff came to wash and dress her before the undertakers
arrived.
My sister and I were very satisfied with Cotts Care.

We have received excellent care for my mum from Cotts Care.
Staff are very caring and friendly and clearly treat Mum with dignity; she enjoys partaking in conversation, and they are happy to listen to all her tales/stories of life and family over the years.
They ensure Mum is very comfortable and
leave her room and kitchen very tidy before their departure.
Would highly recommend Cotts Care.

Following the fracture of my shoulder, I received care in the morning and in the evening for 2 months. The care I received was both reliable, and excellent and certainly contributed towards my recovery. The carers who came to me in the mornings always arrived with a smile and could not have been
more helpful.

Cott's Care staff have developed a good relationship with my uncle. They provide good advice and offer suggestions and are happy to receive new information, likes and dislikes and tailor their service to include these. My uncle is treated with respect and dealt with in a very caring way.

My father and I were pleased with the professional services from Cott's Care. All the staff were polite, respectful, and very helpful and understanding. They did a wonderful job and could not have done more to help.

Very happy with Cott's Care. The staff are all very friendly, kind and caring. Some days they're late, but overall I'm very happy with the care that I receive.

Catt's Care Ltd has been consistent in caring for my grandmother. The carers are friendly and kind and always do their best to meet Granny's care needs. I am impressed with the service.

Cott's Care have been very responsive to any request I have made. Any problems raised have been rectified quickly. The care my mother has received has been very special and caring.

I was absolutely worn out looking after my partner at home on my own. From the first time the carers came in, I felt as though a team of angels had arrived. Within hours I started to feel I was not on my own anymore. Sadly my partner died but my carers helped with everything that had to be done with
great dignity.

My mother was well supported whilst I was on holiday. She was fully assisted in the morning which helped her make a good start to the day.

New care providers to us, very prompt and thorough. As I am quite houseproud I feel that they tend to be a bit clumsy with equipment. Do everything required. Always on time. Very pleasant and courteous to my husband who has dementia, Parkinson's and is doubly incontinent. He is still getting used to
the new people but overall, I am satisfied with the level of care. Just extra care required with wheelchair and frames etc - negotiating doors.

Cott's care have been extremely caring, considerate and kind to my mum. They treat her with dignity and respect. They are always willing to go that extra mile and my Mum looks forward to them coming in. Any minor problems have always been dealt with quickly and promptly. Communication has always
been good. Any staff who do not connect with my mum do not return.
