We used Age UK Wakefield for a few months to help support my mum with daily living. There was good and bad The team that does the support work are amazing; most of the carers did their job well, and they were all friendly and supportive. My mum thought highly of most of them. The admin is
shocking! I can't recall one interaction of many that they actually got right without me having to point out an error, some of them major, like chasing for non-payment despite having been paid weeks before.
