View Full Details of Apex Healthcare Service LtdI have found the Apex Healthcare service to be truly caring and always willing to accommodate unforeseen changes in requirements, and their team of carers are efficient and helpful.
We found Apex from a local recommendation after a sharp decline in my mother's health needing unexpectedly swift support. The team at Apex were fast to respond, reassuring and sympathetic to our needs and managed to secure provision the day after our initial meeting which was extraordinary. The care had to increase even more in the days after and nothing was too much trouble, they moved shifts around, added resource, gave me clear details on my options and frankly made things so much easier for us at a very scary and distressing time. We had some day check ins and also overnight observation and support. Due to the speed of change we didn't manage to get to know the carers as well as we would have liked but everyone was friendly and caring, and the app allowed me to see what was happening and ask questions if unclear. A very positive professional experience and I'd wholeheartedly recommend.
My carer has been with me for over a month. I cannot understand how I ever managed without her! She understands my needs perfectly and undertakes all tasks with flair and understanding. I find her to be an invaluable asset in every sense. My only question is, do I need her for more time during the day?! She is an asset to your company!
I have only been using the service for a month, so it's early days, but it has been very good so far. Carers have been helpful, efficient and kind.
Very good.
The staff at Apex were all very good, some exceptional in their kindness & empathy. All the staff were very capable and confident. The food didn't seem to be too varied at times but I realise the carers didn't always have a lot of time to cater for special requests. All in all, we were very pleased with your service, will miss all the carers and hope to see them again sometime.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. They apologised if they were late arriving from previous clients.
The management keeps in contact. The carers are very kind, helpful and efficient.
I am very satisfied with all my carers they do everything they can to make my life easier. It has taken the pressure off my 2 daughters who know I am well looked after and they can relax and devote their time to their children and grandchildren. I know that if my disability worsens I can increase the hours my cares give me.
We are extremely grateful to have APEX Healthcare Service on board, with their amazing team of dedicated carers who do their job in a professional, respectful and touchingly caring manner. It is reassuring to know that mum, although no longer able to communicate, is being treated with dignity and kindness. It is only with the support, love, consideration and attention to detail of our wonderful regular carers, that we are able to keep mum living with us at home.
The carers were friendly, treated me with respect and never made me feel they were in a hurry. I looked forward to each morning to have someone to talk to and the help I needed to get washed and dressed. They also encouraged me to develop my independence back in personal care post-operation.
We are very happy with Apex Healthcare. They are reliable and sort out any problems quickly. Our regular carers are jolly, kind and very hardworking. They have become part of the family. Thank you.
I find my usual carer to be very friendly and caring. She is punctual and good company. Other than that I have no further comments.
I have no complaints. Everyone has been kind and helpful including watering my plants on the patio.
My experience with Apex both when contacting the office and the care workers at my parent's home has been very positive throughout the duration of Home Care Provisions. The office has been accommodating with rotas when I have made appointments for parents. I have found the Live-In carer to be most courteous and caring for parents in daily interactions. Those providing 'break' and holiday cover and transport to/from appointments are to be courteous and kind when attending parents.
The carers are kind and friendly - my father is very fond of them and is particularly keen on a few. However, there are sometimes language hurdles because most of the carers are from a different culture entirely. They are always keen to help out.
Very happy with the service and dedication of the carers. The management is very helpful whenever there is a problem. Everyone has been very supportive and accommodating whenever we need them to be.
Staff have been very understanding, positive and helpful. Mum's confidence in staff increased as they built a relationship with her, and she asked for assistance with more personal tasks. As family members we have been pleased with the peace of mind the care visits have afforded us.
Very happy especially the care team, they treat you with dignity very helpful love them like my family, very helpful I can be myself with them you can't be with everyone. Very trustworthy no worries when they are with me. Thank you.
Care provided to my mum who has a short-term memory loss and has great difficulty in remembering. The carer recognised that Mum had not been sleeping or eating well. The care provided increased the care visits to 3 times a day. This was of great help to the family who were involved in providing Mum with all initial help. The staff took great care of Mum and also assisted with Mum's medication needs. However in the end time came when it was getting very difficult assisting Mum and with the care provider and the local authority and the GP best advice was to find a home for Mum. The family are very grateful to the care provider and the local authority for assisting with all this.
