J C Michael Group Brent has a few stars that have been instrumental to the care of my father. His primary carer for the past few months, is absolutely amazing - he's empathetic and conscientious. One of the managers has been very proactive and approachable. One of the other managers is very kind and
is always there for support. That being said, we have had some issues with the previous branch manager - who wasted a lot of time when the council overcharged us for the care. She was uncommunicative and didn't follow up as promised. I rang their "HQ" in Canary Wharf and was told to hurry up by one of the managers there. I subsequently had stern words with that individual, their upper management clearly isn't used to patients or patient's representative actively advocating for them. This experience definitely soured the relationship between us and J C Michael Groups for some time, but the care provided by my fathers primary carer and the overall support provided by the managers has gone some distance in repairing that.
