I would recommend Aroma Care to anyone. The carers are excellent and very helpful. If I need more care in the future, I hope I will be able to have them again. My thanks to them all.

Our carer this morning is an Aisian guy on this his first visit to us. He introduced himself and asked what assistance was required. He to ok great care helping wash and dress her. We felt very comfortable and pleased with his help this morning.

I have been under the care of Aroma Care for eight months now I frequently say to the Carer who comes " I don't know how I managed without you" Every Carer who comes daily treats me with great care, is friendly and always show's a genuine concern for my wellbeing. They all have a wonderful sense of humour and we have a laugh. From the first day I started with them, " I felt I have a little friends in my corner" and I still feel that. Not only the physical help they give me but my life with them coming daily has definitely cheered me up. Such lovely Carers, you have a wonderful team that visit daily.

Our overall experience with the 4 carers looking after my Mother is very comforting knowing she is being very well cared for especially being kept personally clean, the 4 regular carers are Kennedy ,Rosemary, Frederick and Miriam. The care for mum is commanding patience & understanding with Dementia being involved.

The carers are very nice and I have made friends with lots them.my favorite among them is Kennedy and Rosemary,their genuine kindness and highly in skills in managing my daily needs.they always take a time to share laughter and make each day brighter.I totally trust them!

I am well looked after and my times they come are suitable. So no problems are raised. I find what they do is excellent. My meals are done on time. My main carer is very thorough and always smiles. We chat freely all the time, and she sorts out any problems should they come up.

The carers who attended recently to my mum have both been absolutely amazing. They are very caring, empathetic and understanding. Nothing is ever too much for them and they undertake job with great care and passion. It helps massively as one Carer speaks Urdu & Hindi, due to mums limited English speaking she can communicate with him in these languages which is a big help to her. Thank you once again for your ongoing support and both carers deserve great credit for the work they carry out. They both need to be praised!

I have never had to have care before at home and didn't know what to expect, the team were at home ready to welcome me back and settle me back home, I have nothing but praise for the care I have received, they are caring thoughtful and happy to help with anything I need ,my father passed away recently and I was treated with care and compassion

I've been using Aroma Care for some time now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and support I receive. My regular carers are absolutely wonderful - they're reliable, kind, and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and well looked after. It makes such a difference to have carers who not only do their job so well but who genuinely care. They're respectful, friendly, and bring a lovely sense of calm and positivity into my home. Highly recommend Aroma Care to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate carers.

It has been really hard to hand over care. But really it has been smoother than I thought it would be. Mum has total confidence and has relaxed now in the knowledge that anything will be dealt with with confidence and keeping her dignity as much as possible. Her main carer handles any problem with confidence and kindness. As a family we feel mum is in very safe hands. Thankyou

B always enters with a happy smile, calls me by my name, and then asks me how I am. It feels genuine, and she does a wonderfully efficient job. She arrives very promptly for 99% of her calls, only being late in an emergency. She cooks my food very successfully, When she leaves she often says "mi do" which translates to I love you in English. Thank you.

Pleased that mum has 2 regular carers very reassuring for not only mum but myself as well. Cannot fault our regular carers at all very caring to not only my mum but me as well which is very much appreciated by both. Have built a good relationship with mums regular carers. If our regular carers are on leave find their replacements just as considerate & caring but always pleased to see our regulars back.

We asked the carers if they could come a little later in the morning. They went out of their way to change our time slot which is now much better. We are really grateful to them and to Aromacare for accommodating us. The carers are absolutely wonderful and we cannot praise them highly enough.

Excellent care from skilled staff who attend to me with kindness and humour and have built up good relations with my family. i appreciate having continuity of ccare from the same refular carers who know me well, and am grateful for shaves and hair-washing.

I have been receiving care since August 2025. The carer has been absolutely amazing and I cannot stress how grateful I am for the help and support I have. Nothing is too much trouble. I am treated with the utmost dignity at all times.

We have realised that Joy has been a carer for my Mum for one year now. We would just like to say that Mum has been very pleased with the care she has received from Joy. Joy is always friendly and thoughtful in everything she does and we have been happy to trust her to understand how Mum likes things to be done, for example, when she had her cataract operation and needed specific aftercare with several different eye drops. We hope this special relationship between Mum and her carer will continue.

Just a compliment for Joanna as she always goes above and beyond for caring for my daughter. Nothing is too much for her to do. She always has my daughters care and making sure my daughter is safe at the forefront of her mind. My daughter has an amazing bond with her. She takes so much pride in her work. We feel very lucky that we have such a dedicated carer for my daughter. She is a credit to the company.
