Would like to say how wonderful the staff are, they treated our loved one with the best care we could have asked for. I think you have to be a certain person to take this role on and I can honestly say that each and everyone of the staff that came to care for him are a credit to your company.

Social Services referred us to this company as we were having huge issues with our previous company. This turned out to be the best move we have ever made. All the staff are so professional and helpful. Very dedicated to the clients and nothing is too much for them. They carry out every duty to
100%. The times allocated to each visit are fulfilled fully, carers are never in a rush and they ensure the client is comfortable and everything needed has been completed before they leave. Very friendly staff and managers. The caring staff are far more mature with the work they carry out rather than the previous company who would rather be in and out in minutes so they could be home quicker. I would recommend Village Support Services 100%.
