I do not usually write reviews but feel that I must comment on the excellent care my uncle has been having for over 4 years now. My uncle has learning difficulties and physical limitations and gets on well with all his carers. The registered manager is very accommodating and helpful in many ways.
It's more than just a business, its people that really do care and you get a great sense of that the more you interact with the manager and carers. My uncle is showered and shaved every morning and has some simple meals that he likes several times during the day and he enjoys chatting with them. I always feel comfortable discussing my uncle's care needs with the manager and carers as I would do with the family. So, it's a thumbs up from myself and my family.
