Dementia is hard enough, not only for the individual but also for close friends & family. FF came highly recommended from the dementia care team at Pilgrim Hospital. We can honestly say, Flo's Friends (Amy, Lucy & team), were simply amazing! They knew what to do from the getgo and always ensured my
mum felt center re care plan and any decisions. It's more than a shame what the vast majority of care providers in the UK deem as acceptable, in reality lower than minimum standards, but Flo's Friends are not your average care providers. Thank you for all you do, especially Hope & Amanda.

Living on my own and disabled means I heavily rely on home care to which I've now had several care companies with varying results until my last company just lost interest and my care package was very poor. Then I found Flo's Friends about 2 months ago and wow what a difference as everyone I have
now met from the boss to her staff are happy, friendly, and very professional throughout. At last, I'm being looked after, almost being spoilt by their wonderful care, and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Well done to the Manager and the Flo's - Friends team.
