It's an appalling service, care is rushed, inadequate and expensive. The allocated time was never given on any of my visits to my mum. The managers never respond to telephone worries or complaints and the reassurances at the time are empty. Mum was self funded and didn't know what care should look
like, we changed and now she does.

Really happy with the service my brother is receiving. My brother has the same staff; they know how to help him. They are very friendly and helpful. The office is always helpful and responsive when we call.
