I needed professional cover for my frail husband for three days whilst I was away organising our house removal to London. The live-in cover provided by this company was outstanding. He was bathed, fed, monitored and entertained. The lovely lady they sent at very short notice was very experienced.
She was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also very caring.
I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

I cannot begin to tell you what a difference having Saroj as a carer for mum makes. Not just to mum, but for me as a daughter living 420 miles away. She is such a kind person and shows compassion and understanding at all times. She is excellent at her job.
Her twice daily visits enables mum to
remain in her own house and mum looks forward to seeing her.

We are absolutely delighted with Right at Home. We were seen by the manager very promptly after enquiry. Our carer was quickly assigned to us. She is delightful, efficient, caring and an excellent worker. She is also very punctual and a very good cook. We cannot speak too highly of this service.

I contacted several care providers over the summer looking for help with my elderley aunt who has early stages of dementia together with alcohol and codeine misuse. Right At Home were very different to the others: a) they were happy to take my aunt on as a client and b) I immediately liked the
friendliness and openness of Susanne in the office. The way I see it, appointing a team of carers is like welcoming someone into your family, so you had better get on and be honest, open and friendly from the very start.
Since working with Right At Home (Barnet) for around a month now, the team have consistently gone beyond what I thought they would do . I can always reach someone when I need to; Having refused a care package some months ago with another provider, my aunt adores the current team of 3 and welcomes them with a smile every day (despite not being entirely sure why they are there). Susanne has been wonderfully proactive, even liaising with doctors and pharmacist. Recommended.

From the start we have had a positive experience with Right at Home. The initial meeting to understand our needs was thorough and their diligence resulted in carers who are incredibly compassionate. The carers went above and beyond to support my mother and make a difficult situation much more
manageable for our whole family. The office team was also very responsive to our changing needs, always adapting quickly and professionally to ensure the best possible care, make suggestions and provide advice. I'm truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality home care.

I was very impressed with the professionalism in taking ownership of my fathers discharge from Barnet hospital in April. From the get-go, it was a different level of service than we had seen previously from previous care providers. The managing director took the time to go meet my father over a
weekend in order to get to know him as a person and understand his complex needs as a new client. A contract was prepared and signed, supplies were orderd and delivered to the property - this was all taken care of by Right at Home Care. A rota was shared each week so that we always knew the answer to the who, where & when questions. When there was a need to communicate, emails and phone calls were responded to or acted apon very quickly. My father was also impressed with by the carers attitude, who were reliable, efficient and punctual. He felt well looked after, in what was a less than ideal home environment for both client and care team. I am confident to highly recommend Right at Home Barnet.

We had a very positive experience throughout. The company always responded promptly to my emails and emailed weekly schedules promptly. The carer was first class and we had complete confidence in her.

The manager alerted me that there were some different items that could be got to improve my mother's comfort and safety.
On another occasion the manager let me know that one care giver had spotted a lesion on my mother's leg and had followed this up by arranging a GP appointment - which was
excellent.
However looking at the lesion it had been there for a while and it was disappointing that a different care giver had not spotted it/ identified it as a possible area of concern a week earlier.
I would say care can be very good but is not consistently good.

Right @ Home were on a list of carers provided to me by the hospital and also to us independently by a friend in the field. Their recommendations proved sound and we were very pleased with the service provided. Professional administration and owner/managers, and the carer was delightful. From the
moment we opened the door to her, she had a ready smile, lovely positive 'can-do' character and immediately and throughout her short care stint, put my mother at ease and they bonded very well. Just what my mother needed after her stay in hospital to get her confidence back and back to strength. Highly recommended.

The care that has been provided by the carers is excellent. The carers are kind, thoughtful, capable and well trained. They have helped a difficult transition period to be a little less traumatic than it could otherwise have been. They have done anything they can to help my mother to regain her
health and independence.

From my very first meeting with the Manager, I was put at ease regarding the care package we needed for my elderly Mum, who unfortunately has dementia and mobility issues. They proactively provided helpful advice and recommendations to help make Mum more comfortable. Mum has bonded with the carers,
who have been well-chosen. She has regular visits from the same carers, providing routine and consistency, which we had requested. The carers are kind, patient, and capable in their role. They have been professional, and helpful with practicalities, as well as providing the companionship, which she needs. When I have needed to add extra visits, this has been quite easy to arrange. I recommend them as a top-quality Care Agency and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

This is the first time that I have arranged for a carer to provide companionship for my wife. She has visited us seven times this month and has always been cheerful and friendly. She is taking a positive approach to give my wife some extra interest in her life. I'm quietly optimistic that she will

Right at Home is an excellent care agency because all of the staff, carers and admin are very well trained and are also very friendly and caring. When it's out of hours, you don't know whether to phone the out-of-hours team because I've been told that out-of-hours charges the main agency when the
client calls them.

From my very first meeting with the manager, I was put at easy regarding the complete care package I needed. We discussed at great length the needs of my aunt and they took over all the day-to-day issues that I had to deal with over the phone as I don’t live in the area.
They sorted out medication,
phoned doctors when needed, which I was finding to be a lengthy process, sorted out transport to appointments where a carer accompanied my aunt, they were always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or issues.
The manager went out of her way and went to my aunt's on many occasions to help when needed. All the staff who dealt with my aunt, nothing was any trouble, giving her a choice of food and were so pleasant in their daily duties. There was one carer in particular who my aunt took a great shine too and she really was brilliant, kept my aunt mobile as long as possible, she kept the flat clean and tidy, she just made my aunt so happy and she always looked forward to her visits.
