Essential Care Support helped me to look after my Mum for nearly 12 months. During this time the staff were reliable, kind, and caring. Always made sure Mum was comfortable, had something to eat and drink, had her medication, and left her with everything to hand. All was left tidy and they let me
know if there were any problems and also offered solutions to problems. I was very happy with this service.

I have been with this company for a number of years. I have always been well looked after and most of the people I have I can class as friends, most of the carers go that little bit more. I have always found them helpful and honest. My family also knows that I am well looked after when they go on
holiday.

We have had our differences in the past, but the standard of care is really good. The carers are excellent at all times, always asking if we need more, always looking for any sores, ulcers, even whilst working, reporting my wife's condition of the skin. Extra careful when mini-strokes are taking
place or if my wife is having a bad day. Always take care of my wife's arms and hands that are very painful.

We have been using the service for a few months. Initially, it was to give medication to our mother but we have found the carers to be flexible and willing to meet her needs. They also check she has eaten and cook food if necessary. The team are friendly, efficient and aware of safeguarding.

We started having support for Mum so she can continue to live in her own home. This gives us peace of mind whilst we can continue to work. It's a great support to Mum and also gives her more company throughout the day.

Only provided care for my mum for 4 months until she moved out of the area to be closer to family, but the staff were brilliant. From the assessment to the care delivery, the whole team could not have been better. Even had a visit from the Director of the company to see how we were getting on. They
certainly lived up to their CQC Report and I would say they should have been rated higher, especially after dealing with other companies in the same business. Thanks from all the family.

Only been with the company a couple of months but the care and support has been brilliant. My Nan loves her carers and the office are always helpful (I had lots of questions for them). Great team and happy with our choice of company.

I can honestly say I am very happy with the service that is provided for my husband. The carers are great with him they are on time and don’t make you feel as if they are rushed. I would recommend to anyone.

When my Dad was sent home after a long stay in a hospital, the whole family was worried about how we would be able to cope with his continuing needs. Having done some research, and being recommended Essential Care Support, we couldn't be happier with the choice we have made. Dad is happy,
comfortable and still feels he has his independence, whilst knowing he has the back up of a wonderful team. The carers really "care" and are always happy to go the extra mile. On the odd occasion when I have called the office, the admin team have been exemplary with their professionalism and empathy. I'm delighted we made the choice of using Essential Care Support for our family's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of their help and support.

I am so pleased to have found Essential Care Support. After having numerous unsatisfactory experiences with other care companies, I am thrilled that I can finally relax knowing my grandmother is in the best hands and being supported by fantastic staff, who genuinely care.

As from 8th January 2018, my new care company are 100%, so caring to my wife. They go to great lengths to see and do all and more.
They are so polite and so clean in every way.
Their back up from office staff to supervisors cannot do any more.

What a great team of carers the company has. They are friendly and polite and always treat my brother-in-law with respect. Over the past few years we have used several companies but can honestly say that since Essential Care Support took over his care, we have been delighted. They always keep us
informed of any changes or issues and have never let us down.

Wonderful care staff that cannot do enough for my friend. She has been using the company for the past 3 months after trying several other companies but always getting let down. The staff are lovely and they always do as they are asked. We even had a phone call a few weeks after starting with them to
see how we were getting on and if anything needed to be changed. No other company ever did this. They send out a rota so she knows when the calls are and who to expect and sometimes she doesn't always get the same carer but they do let her know if there are any changes. Very happy with the everyone at the company.

Used the company for about 2 years now and never had any concerns or issues. The odd late call but always notified and never missed a call. Care staff are very nice and look after my aunt as if she was a member of their family. Office and senior team have got better over the past 12 months and the
new owner really knows the industry. I had an issue with regards funding and he gave some great advice and support to get it resolved and always to the benefit of the family. Have increased the call frequency recently just for the short term and this was no issue at all.
