ERC has been caring for my father for just over four years during which time the level of care has consistently been nothing short of excellent. My father in addition to his dementia diagnosis has a number of medical issues which are managed promptly involving GP/Dental/Podiatry/Nursing team etc
assistance when required and they always involve myself with actions and on going updates etc. Very few staff leave ERC which in itself is good for continuity of first class care especially when dealing with my fathers dementia. If I ever have any queries they respond promptly and I never have to chase them this is so reassuring. Whilst rare can I score any organisation ten out of ten or excellent in all domains of what ever survey I am completing, ERC is the exception and I would have no hesitation in recommending ERC to anyone who is looking for a CARE provider.

Dad had significant care needs living with dementia. Elizabeth Rose took over dads care in the later stages but it was immediately clear how professional, thoughtful and caring the entire team are. Nothing was too much trouble and the service they offered was delivered consistently at a very high
standard. they were flexible, competent and caring and enthusiastically recommend them.

We found ER to be very professional and compassionate. They supported both my father and our family throughout. They went above and beyond to make his final few months much happier and more comfortable. They were understanding, patient and attentive with my dad during his difficult times, I would
highly recommend Elizabeth Rose the professionalism + caring starts from their manager, office staff and all the carers involved. They are all amazing.

My husband started receiving care from the end of April 2024 from the team at Elizabeth Rose Care. They call in a few times a week to provide support for my husband's needs and also for me as I am not able to do the bathing etc. I find all the team very helpful and pleasant and nothing is any
trouble and they will do their utmost to fit in whatever time you need them if possible.

Elizabeth Rose Care provides care for my 86-year-old mam who is visually and hearing impaired. The care care they provide is excellent. The carers are respectful, polite and friendly. My mam looks forward to their visits. It is reassuring that the care is first class. The management team are very
efficient and I feel I can contact them at any time to review my mam's needs. I would recommend Elizabeth Rose to anyone who needs care.

Elizabeth Rose Care provide very good service. They have been very flexible in providing extra care when needed for Mum. Everyone is always cheerful and Mum thinks of them more like friends than carers.

I am very pleased with the service provided, the carers are polite, courteous and efficient. Very reliable and available for messaging etc in emergencies. It gives me peace of mind to know they are calling on my mother and taking care of her at the time I am unable to it gives me a break.

Organised twice weekly visits that are around 2 hours each to my mother’s home. Staff will carry out various tasks for my mother including taking her to shops, hospital appointments, cooking meals etc. My mother has found the staff fantastic and really looks forward to the days they are due to see
her. Making a massive difference and wish I had taken up the service earlier.

Elizabeth Rose Care are fabulous, they provide excellent support for my mum as I live 300 miles away. Not only do they help with general housework but her carer also has time to chat with my mum as she can get lonely being on her own. I've been very happy with the care they provide and my mum views
her as a friend now, which gives me peace of mind that she's being checked in on! I've used the services of Elizabeth Rose Care for over 18 months now and I think their rates are fair and the service they provide feels like genuine care.

I have been a client for more than two years and I have been very happy with all aspects of the company. My carer is wonderful and does anything I need including personal care or hours of work. Their costs are very reasonable compared to others giving a much inferior service. Excellent all round

I have been fortunate to have been cared for by Elizabeth Rose since September 2020 and been very happy and satisfied with the care and treatment. The staff are fantastic and will do anything I ask of them with pleasure. I can recommend this company to anyone requiring kind and caring treatment.

This fantastic company have provided superb professional, caring and personal service to our dad. All the staff are genuinely interested in their clients and go the extra mile. Staff are well trained, have an amazing attitude to their clients and have made us as a family feel part of their family.
We feel so fortunate to have been recommended them as a company; it has enabled Dad to live independently in his home for two years - an achievement at 90!

promptly dealt with. The service provided by both care team and management continues to be first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone requiring care/support.
